It also became extremely padded down after one day that it loses all its fluffiness and becomes almost like a flooring that's condensed together. I'll he looking for an alternative bedding

Not bad for the price. I love the softness of it and it expands a lot!! I do add extra so when it absorbs it won’t be as wet. The absorption is okay but isn’t as great. It does work well for my pigs since the matter bedding made them get poop stuck on their paws. But this one doesn’t as much. I just wipe down their feet as much as I can. Make sure you spot clean everyday with this bedding plus wipe down with a pet cleaner!! + this has no scent! 8.5/10
