It is fresh and smells as good to me as to my dog.

I'm feeding it to a almost 14-year-old dog with congestive heart failure. This helped her start eating again which cleared up her kidney disease that came with the heart disease. I like that it doesn't have a bunch of additives. I which it was more than just turkey hearts and included more of the turkey. No feather or fillers just good food. My other 6 dogs just wish they were getting this food, too.

Dog didn’t like it

seems like a quality food however my dog didn’t like it. She would approach the bowl with hesitation and even picked out bits that she didn’t like. Additionally

seems like a quality food however my dog didn’t like it. She would approach the bowl with hesitation and even picked out bits that she didn’t like. Additionally she has diabetes. She lost some weight which seemed okay at first but it was actually muscle loss and she needed a food with a higher protein content. Switched her to Glycobalance and she loves it and muscle mass returned.

Best food for dogs.

All natural, freeze dried raw. Chester is 9. Perfect weight. People mistake him for a puppy.

Used to be excellent

The quality over the past year has absolutely tanked. There is hardly any turkey and it looks like slop rather than the well balanced, delicious meal it used to

The quality over the past year has absolutely tanked. There is hardly any turkey and it looks like slop rather than the well balanced, delicious meal it used to be. The dogs don’t really care for it anyway and there are SO many better options for freeze dried nutrition.

When we first bought SOJOS our dogs could not wait for it to soak and be ready to eat. Now it is mostly powder and we have to add other stuff, like some shredded cheese or sausage for them to consider eating it. Sad!

They changed their original formula.

They changed their orig formula without telling the consumer. It made our dog very ill. We still have not been able to find anything like the orig Sojos formula

They changed their orig formula without telling the consumer. It made our dog very ill. We still have not been able to find anything like the orig Sojos formula so our old dog is being put through to many food transitions to find a food that will work for us. It is hard on him and us. Very very sad. Can't ever buy Sojos again.

Love It!

We decided to our new labradoodle with real food instead of dry dog food. We decided on Sojos because it is made by Neutro, the same company we've always used for our dog food. The food is easy to mix up and it DOES look like real food once left to absorb the water, which only takes a few minutes. Other reviewers complain that there is a lot of powder, but simply mixing it in does the trick. The most surprising part is it doesn't make his breath stink like canned food does - its actually a pleasant smell. I do recommend Sojos if you want to feed your dog real food, don't want to store food in your fridge, and don't want to waste money paying for the water included with other, similar foods. It is expensive but a little goes a long way and if you do the math you'll save money in the end.
