Small Pellets
Have (2) dogs 1 lab and 1 Pitt they're between 50-60 pounds and @1 1/2 yo. They're not picky eaters at all but, for some odd reason they will Not touch this food. I've tried mixing it with a lil can food and it's an absolute no go for them. I'm very disappointed because I bought this 50 pound bag to save money and it actually has cost me more due to having to buy Gentle Giants 30 lb bag they ate B4 purchasing this. Can't even donate this to our local shelter due to it being opened so pretty much stuck with a 50 lb bag of dog food. Just a waste! :(
Just trying it out..
I just bought this today.cause food I was giving raised price and store hasn't stocked in over a month ..I have small and large my large has always had issues so I need a high energy and vitamins to help fatten him up..all others cheep brands are no good the price is right and so far all enjoy it ..he looses weight every year in winter gets so skinny looks like he's starved I feed once a day 2large scoops that equally to about 4to6 cups...so we shall see if he puts on weight with this food and not burn it off like others...

I personally do well with this dogfood. The kibbles are small and dogs that have a hard time gaining weight do better on this for me. My only true complaint is that it's higher priced on here than at my local feed store? By 7 dollars higher? So sadly I won't be ordering it from chewy for a while. :( But if your furbaby doesn't have any specific allergies ,than I would recommend giving this food a try.
Small pellets
I have a 100 pound Lab that has never turned down ANY food. He will not eat this food and my other 2 will not eat either not sure what the problem is. Very disappointed.
Good food good price
For the quailty of food vs the price it really does meet a good level standard for dog food! The kibble ate nice and small making it great for any size dog including little ones. So even with large and small dogs in our home they can all use the same food !
Great food
Feed this to our 2 Blackmouth Curs and also a chocolate lab. Works great and they’ll never turn it down. Also can’t beat the price! Definitely recommend trying if you have a high energy/active dog
Recommended for high energy breeds
I like this because it is small pieces. I have both large breed and small breed high energy dogs. This works perfect for me.
Good stuff
I bought this dogfood because we acquired a pup,(who got dumped off) who is part blue heeler and some kind of terrior. He is extremely high energy and hyper. Once we got him(Sawyer) fattened up a little, he has calmed down on his eating. It seems to fill him up and has a beautiful shiney coat now. Awesome stuff. Thanks chewy.
Good for assisting with weight gain.
I currently own two dogs. One GSD and a pitbull. I used to feed them cheap pedigree high energy dog food. They never really ate much of it unless they were hungry. Once I fed both dogs this new kibble, I noticed that both dogs have put in weight in certain spots on their body. Like they got a little plump. Its been two weeks since I purchased this product, I would totally buy this again.
