Great food, I feed it crumpled up dry to my cat who has allergies and my other cat who has cancer. I would give it 5 stars except it arrived slightly stale from Chewy. When it’s fresh it is much softer for my cat who has jaw cancer and needs soft foods.

Stella and Chewy's is a wonderful brand I turned to shortly after getting my dog Beau and it has been a staple food and treat on the house ever since!!! They had a wonderful booth at a local event i went to that supports and promotes smaller less known brands and Beau loved it!!! They also provide formulas for cats and dogs with allergies and food sensitivities which is crucial in our house hold. I have 1 pet who has a few limited diet and he can have the beef, pork and lamb options only because of those allergies... there is some fish oil, but with limiting the other allergens, he can have these on occasion and they won't upset his stomach. But we use these as treats and meal toppers, not as a complete meal.

My cats absolutely love this stuff. I rehydrate it for them with water and bone broth each evening. In the morning they still get kibble. This change is making me happy because the litterbox doesn't stink like it has in the past. Highly recommend the beef and chicken. I think the fish ones stink too much.

Too big to use without breaking down?

New to this form, the ear plug looking things, but it didn’t seem reasonable to just pour the liquid on and leave it this size, so I tear each one into 3 or 4 pieces

New to this form, the ear plug looking things, but it didn’t seem reasonable to just pour the liquid on and leave it this size, so I tear each one into 3 or 4 pieces before rehydrating. been using water at times but mostly tuna juice to entice a cat who eats only kibble, wet food and tuna juice. He seems to be accepting the food okay. He still looks n asks, by rubbing the storage container, for his kibble though so may not be able to wean completely off that as I hoped. Too soon to tell on that and about whether if it will improve anything healthwise. He has one minor issue w seeing dried poop on him, and another, seems to be gaining too much on the Gentle Giants cat food. Thought this formula w only beef, probiotics, vitamins and minerals would be better, less like an UPF. I’ve tried cats on Freshpet before and after a while, like months, it made them vomit just after consuming.

Great but my ferrets didn’t want to eat it

It’s a great product, my boys are just very picky so they didn’t take to this one all that well!
