Phoenyx developed SLO (Symmetric Lupoid Onychodystophy) in December 2024. This is an immune mediated disease that affects dog's toenails. They can break, become brittle and flaky and sometimes fall off. Their quicks dry up which can also cause a hollow area underneath of the nail bed where they can become infected. Our vet recommended adding salmon oil to her diet. We believe that the salmon oil is playing a big role in warding off this disease as her nails started becoming stronger and healthier within 5 months. Most dogs suffer with this disease for years.

Well wheni realzed my poor Baby did not like it at all, refused to at her food

My poor kitty got sick & refused to eat any of her wet & dry food for a few days, took her to the vet, vet suggested not to use this any more. Got home & threw it

Stinks to High Heaven

All of my cats and dogs LOVE this stinky oil. I think you could squirt it on cardboard and they would think it was food. I can't tell if it helps their itchy skin

My dog loves this oil and it definitely has a positive impact on his skin and coat health. The one con is that the pump included leaks. I have ordered this oil 3-4

My dog loves this oil and it definitely has a positive impact on his skin and coat health. The one con is that the pump included leaks. I have ordered this oil 3-4 times now and every bottle has done the same thing. I just rinse the cap or wipe it off with a paper towel.
