I have used plastic scoops for my cat litter for well over 35 years. They break, they bend and poo sticks to them. Chewy had this one on sale and I was needing to replace a plastic scoop, plus I was trying to get my order to $49 for the free shipping. Lol. After trying this scoop, I ordered another metal scoop. Don't waste your money on cheap plastic scoops!

Large and sturdy, and filters the litter nicely

This is much better than the plastic scoopers which bend when I try to scoop a heavy urine-ball or one stuck to the bottom of the litterbox.
