Can this be flushed?

Sustainably Yours can safely be disposed of in the trash. The manufacturer no longer recommends flushing any litter down the toilet due to increasing concerns about ecosystems that may be vulnerable to the presence of cat litter with feline feces. Also, sewage treatment systems and regulations for waste disposal vary by cities and/or states, causing issues with flushability and creating confusion for cat parents in charge of cleaning the litter box.

Is this non-gmo corn?

Sustainably Yours are unable to exclusively source organic raw materials at this time. A majority of corn and cassava produced today is GMO and the portion that is non-GMO is typically reserved for human consumption, making it nearly impossible for them to deliver an entirely non-GMO cat litter at scale.

Is this litter safe for 4 week old kittens??

My favorite litter of all time

I love this litter, and so does my cats. It is like a fine sand, and it crunches when they walk on it. They love scratching it (too much at 3 a.m.). It is the best

I love this litter, and so does my cats. It is like a fine sand, and it crunches when they walk on it. They love scratching it (too much at 3 a.m.). It is the best I've ever seen about clumping that liquid, like concrete. Being cats, they like to make life interesting and piddle in corners of their box, and sometimes it takes a firm shovel motion to get the clump loose, but it will break free and come right out. It controls the smell. I cannot smell any offensive litter. It does scatter, but honestly every little I've ever used scatters. This not as bad as many I've used. I think it's more noticeable because it's a very light color. Depending on my cat's behavior determines how much is spread, and when she zooms out of the litter, sometimes she will sling it around. It is a little pricey, but having no litter smell and excellent clumping is worth it to me.

I've been struggling to find the right litter and think I found it in this one. I had been using pretty litter for years, but found it would get really dusty after

I've been struggling to find the right litter and think I found it in this one. I had been using pretty litter for years, but found it would get really dusty after about 10 days and it was very unpleasant for myself and my cat, as well as being easily tracked everywhere. I tried out Okocat wood clumping but instead of small grains, now huge clumps were tracked through the house. This corn litter has been the best I've found when it comes to tracking (light, you still need to vacuum/sweep but it's not as often as with the others) and dust (NONE). The clumping is also incredible, which helps keep the box super clean. The downside of the clumping is that it feels like I go through a bag more quickly than with the others, but I also have a huge cat and huge litterbox so I need a little more anyways.

I like this product but feel like it is a little expensive. Also it attaches to the sides and bottom of the box if there isn’t enough of it. Like the odor control

This is the perfect combination of the large and small grain. It does all that they claim-it tracks less and clumps nice and hard. And if it does track some, it hurts a lot less than the large grain if you step on it barefoot! My cats have never had any issues transitioning to sustainably yours, and I find that it controls the stink much better than any other unscented litter that I’ve tried. It also works perfectly in the litter robot.

I wanted to like this

I so wanted to like this litter, given all the great things about it on paper and that Jackson Galaxy recommends it, but it just did not work for me. The clumps

I so wanted to like this litter, given all the great things about it on paper and that Jackson Galaxy recommends it, but it just did not work for me. The clumps it forms are massive, so much so that they wouldn’t fit through the opening of my litter genie. The odor control is really bad. Even if I scooped immediately after my cat got out of the box, the smell would linger for probably an hour, maybe more. The worst part is that my cat somehow would get pee on his paws, as if it pooled around him instead of soaking into the litter. I wish I could give this a better rating, but I just can’t justify it with all these issues.

This is the only litter that my picky cats will choose to use over discarded clothes and blankets. I've tried so many litters, and this one is by far the best when it comes to odor, clumping, tracking, and of course sustainability (boo clay). My cats clearly love it, too, I just wish Chewy carried the 26lb option.. I've had to buy it elsewhere because purchasing just 10lb at a time makes no sense.

Excellent clumping and easier scooping

I found it to be easier to scoop using this litter, it clumps insanely well and sifts very smoothly, making the scooping process much more efficient. The clumps

I found it to be easier to scoop using this litter, it clumps insanely well and sifts very smoothly, making the scooping process much more efficient. The clumps can get a little stuck, but it's not as bad as I felt other reviewers made it seem. We also only have 1 cat though. The largest downsides found were that the odor control wasn't quite as good as we expected it to be and the other issue is when this litter clumps poop, it almost like freeze dries it and causes it to break off in little shreds/shards in the litter and these shards are too small to be scooped up with our litter scoops, so there would be flecks of dried matter in the rest of the litter. I don't know if this issue maybe has to do with our cats poo content, but it didn't make me feel good about the cleanliness of our cats litter box to see all the bits in there still.
