Product Good, Shipping Quality TERRIBLE

We routinely get damaged product from Chewy, enough to make me question canceling my subscription. We like this product, but not when we pay for it and cannot use

We routinely get damaged product from Chewy, enough to make me question canceling my subscription. We like this product, but not when we pay for it and cannot use it because the packaging is so damaged! The shipping box is always in fine shape, but the cans/packages inside are very obviously damaged -smashed beyond use, food leaking out- so the problem is clearly in Chewy's shipping department. Sending out damaged product and charging full prices is poor form, friends!

This was Meowtastic according to my cats. They are so picky about wet food, but so far they’ve loved the 3 flavors we’ve tried so far, I cut pouch into a little bowl with low sides, mash with a fork (this is more like a jelly like foi fras (duck liver). So using a fork breaks it up into easy to bite texture. I microwave for 10 seconds and mix again. Big hit! Plus the flavor makes are brilliant marketing for this Gen Xer!

Easy to serve and cats love it

Love that this slides out of the package easily and can be split between two bowls. My cats love all Weruva food but I love this one for ease of feeding.

The food was dried out and came out of pouch in the shape of pouch. If that makes sense. Would never purchase again will stick with Weruva in the can for my fur

Weird...

This cat food is very strange. It has a gelatin-like consistency and comes out of the package in like a whole chunk. It ends up being really messy and unappealing

The one type of Weruva they won't touch

I have three kitties, usually not picky. They love most Weruva flavors, but they won't touch any Weruva pouch that is gel-based. My fault for not studying the package

My fault for not studying the package more, or I would have realized that's what I was ordering. I've learned my lesson and will read kitty labels more carefully from now on.
