Expensive, but worth it. Manufactured in USA, makes it more trustworthy. My "fish" had an infection in his throat. He was given this med for 15 days 2x a day. He is all better. His sore throat is gone.

  • It worked finally

My betta fish has been sick for about 3 months maybe a little longer. I have tried various medications but none worked. Actually bettafix worked a little: my betta would eat again and will be okay for a while then will get worse again. I tried melafix too but it almost killed my fish and made him aggressive. I have tried em erythromycin, lifeguard and these medication did not work. This medication was my last resort. At this point my bettas head became gray, he stopped eating and fin rot worsened. I used 1/4 of medication in half gallon tank and would crash medication into it. Actually rub medication in a little bit of water until it all dissolved. It created white foggy mist. I wpuld place my betta into half gallon tank for an hour, keeping close watch on him. He was fine. Then remove him into betta cup and wsrm him up to my heated tank by submerging cup into heated aquarium. At first i have returned him into heated aquarium but it was hard to fish him out for next treatment so i kept him in a cup submerged into aquarium to keep him warm. I did 6 treatments. At first he had trouble ketching food and i thought treatment did not work but he was fine after. I guess treatments wete hard on him but no more bacterial infection. I have waited 2 weeks to make sure he is fine. So it really worked. I thought he would die before this medication but now he is happy and makes bubbles. Thank you for this medication! … more

Sent on time and as described. The fish are now in the mood to perform all sorts of amazing feats. Like the soon to be Olympic sport of dazzle kitty with the pop up back splash.
