Chewy came through in the clutch!

We accidentally left our dog’s Trazadone in Chicago when we drove to Virginia for the holidays and we really needed it for the drive back, as she gets very anxious

We accidentally left our dog’s Trazadone in Chicago when we drove to Virginia for the holidays and we really needed it for the drive back, as she gets very anxious during long car rides. I was able to order it, get vet approval and get it just in time for our trek home, which made the journey a million times better for her and us. So grateful to have the option to do this and for the speedy service, even during the week of Christmas!

Bad Experience

I ordered the same amount I always order, but you decided to send me only a very small amount of them, and also decided that it was ok to charge me for shipping

I ordered the same amount I always order, but you decided to send me only a very small amount of them, and also decided that it was ok to charge me for shipping. The only reason I specifically ordered that amount of pills is to avoid paying for shipping. You blamed the Vet, and the Vet, whom I have known forever, said it was you who decided to do this, and I believe them. I called, and your agent assured me that I would receive a credit, which I never did. This experience has been awful, and I will not buy from you ever again because of this.
