My vet recommended this supplement for Jack’s stiff knee joints. I was doubtful because Jack can be a picky eater. It must be truly tasteless because she ate her food. She was playing like a kitten and climbing up to her old favorite wall shelf spot in a couple of days. It really seemed to work.

My bitty Floppy has had arthritis for years and on daily cosequin on the advice of my vet who says she's not "bad enough" for Solensia yet, but there hasn't been any noticeable improvement, just a halting of things getting worse. Poor Floppy has had arthritis related defecation issues, like pain when arching her back causing her to yowl and leave the box while defecating, sometimes finishing somewhere close by, but unfortunately has contributed to blockages and constipation. After adding in this daily, in addition to the cosequin, Ms Floppy Flop is starting to be a bit more spry, and instead of every day only one litter box incident occured this month at the start. I am happy, and Floppy Flop seems much happier too!!

I squirt it on his meals and he chows it down. I can't say if it helps him. He's not really sore. But since he is 11 yrs old with a slightly deformed hip, I am giving it to him to keep the joint lubricated. I know from my own experience how helpful hylauronic acid is on my own joints. Hopefully he can remain pain free as he ages.
