Not my favorite online vendor

The toy is fine, however your handling of my order was a disaster. I ordered cat food and in order to get the free shipping, I added in the toy. You then proceeded to tell me that I needed an Rx for the food, when you have had it on file for at least a couple of years. You cancelled the food order and shipped the toy with no shipping charge. When you finally shipped the food, you charged shipping. Your arrogance is inexcusable. I need to find another source for my cat's food.

Both pets are obsessed

I got this for my cat who loves it. It is just large enough she can kick it with her back legs. The black string with the O on the end is perfect to hang on things. My dog likes to steal it from the cat. Double duty toy will always be welcome in my house.

Great fun for the kitties

I love that I could wrap the cord around a portion of the cat tree. And apparently they love that and everything else about this toy. Of course, catnip doesn't hurt.
