Quality Toy

Toy appears to be good quality and has survived the love and affection of two savannahs for a week now. We have similar sized toys made of real rabbit fur and feathers

Toy appears to be good quality and has survived the love and affection of two savannahs for a week now. We have similar sized toys made of real rabbit fur and feathers (Da Fur Thing) which are a favorite. This looked similar enough so I decided to give it a go. I had some difficulty inserting the catnip pouch into the squirrel's belly but ultimately declared good enough. My larger cat had the toy in her mouth and was giving it a good kick; I did not observe any resulting damage on the toy thus my 5 star rating.

Your cat will love it

The cat nip is A+ in this product ; my cat usually takes one sniff of catnip products and moves on ~ he loves this toy.

They all love it!

The "kittens" and my 14yo tabby went for it as soon as I put it down. Every morning I find it in a new place, so they must have a go at it during the night.

It took 10ndays for the shipment to get to me

Normally 2 to 3 days, understanding was the Holidays but 10 days? And called twice about it. First time it was 7 days and he said for sure the next day( nope)

I got this for my cat who loves it. It is just large enough she can kick it with her back legs. The black string with the O on the end is perfect to hang on things

Not my favorite online vendor

The toy is fine, however your handling of my order was a disaster. I ordered cat food and in order to get the free shipping, I added in the toy. You then proceeded

The toy is fine, however your handling of my order was a disaster. I ordered cat food and in order to get the free shipping, I added in the toy. You then proceeded to tell me that I needed an Rx for the food, when you have had it on file for at least a couple of years. You cancelled the food order and shipped the toy with no shipping charge. When you finally shipped the food, you charged shipping. Your arrogance is inexcusable. I need to find another source for my cat's food.
