Cats wouldn't eat
The smell is very pungent, making it impossible to hide in food. Wouldn't eat in their favorite wet food or even in some cream I tried to hide it in. The taste must also be bad because I tried mixing with water and syringing it into cats' mouths...made one throw up and the other drool uncontrollably. Wish I had gotten an unflavored version.
Mixes easily in water
My cats won't eat anything unusual (no poqder, sprinkles), so I mix Glandex with water and syringe with my cats med. It's a little scoop but seems powerful as she hasn't 'scooted' since.
So awesome!
No more boot scooting on all our rugs! Our cat LOVES this stuff, and it worked like a charm very quickly. We'll always have as a regular part of our cat's diet to keep everyone happy.
Waste of Money
I wanted this to work but it created issues. I have a cat that has Anal Sac fluid retention. This seemed to have been working for just 5 days. It then created way too many litter box trips and some with minimal stool. It is a "Hit or Miss" like most pet products!
No Go for my 5
Not one of my cats would go near it! :+( Not saying it's not a good product. They just wouldn't have it.
Made her Scoot Worse!
I purchased this at the advice of my vet to give my girl a bit more fiber. This made her scooting even worse than it was and upset her tummy health. She's now taking a prescription from the vet to get her tummy back to normal and we're going to be trying something else. I'm sure this product works well for plenty of pets!
Really wanted this to work!
I really, really wanted this to work as it is a convenient product that contains fiber, probiotics and digestive enzymes but my cat would not eat her food if I increased the dosage past 1/16 teaspoon. She was okay with the flavor but I think she does not like the texture of her wet food when too much of this is mixed in.
Stopping the scoot
So let's be honest. We've all had that animal that scoots along the carpet. And we never really think about their "bottom needs". Well my new kitten that I adopted had a mild case of worms from a bad flea infestation. So I carne across Glandex as a way to help promote colon and anal gland health. After about a week I noticed that the scooting had stopped and his tush didn't look so red and inflamed, and was a nice pink color.

Bummed - not only did my cat refuse eat this after her first few bites, but it made her stomach upset.
Helps Relieve the Discomfort
My cats love the tuna flavor and blends well with food! I have one cat specifically that has anal gland issues. Would swell, cause discomfort with excessive licking and spraying. Giving him this stuff helps clear up those issues! Also stools are firmer, less accidents! Great for immune and gut health with added probiotics! Comes with the scooper and a little goes a long way! This jar will last a long while!
