Appealing Mackerel Meal

My cats are unusually finicky, and I have had difficulty finding a wet food that they find consistently appealing. I searched multiple brands before finding a food that was primarily mackerel. This now seems to be their preferred meal. I tried this Weruva selection as well as the Weruva Meow Luau and Mackeral and Pumpkin. They love both. Very happy to have discovered this choice.

Great but...

Our picky eater gets a 1/2 a can or less of this food in morning and evening. She loves it but sometimes her stool gets too soft and we have to cut back. She has dry food available all day. I wish we could find canned cat food that would allow us to get her off dry food but haven't found the right flavor, composition.

High Quality

My cat loves all the Weruva Cats in the Kitchen flavors! i like the fact that they come in 6 oz rather than 5.5 oz cans. This flavor is a special favorite, because it's a seafood base rather than a chicken base. My girl is very partial to fish!

My cat simply loves this

My very picky cat with GI issues loves this food, and has been eating it for several years. It has become a bit harder to find in these days of supply chain issues. Fortunately Chewy had it available.

Cats like the food

My vet had always wanted me to switch my two cats to wet food but they didn't like most. They are both enjoying this food. I can see the shrimp in the food. Wish it wasn't so expensive.

They eat it

This is supposed to be good for cats with CKD, and that is why I ordered it. However, my fussy 16yr. old wouldn't touch it. The other 3 did but I can't say it is one of their favorites.

Regrettably

Neither of my cats liked this particular recipe. However, they do love this brand in Slip n Serve. They gobble it up.....some real lip smacking can be heard.

Love this food!

My cat loves this! I use Weruva because it is basically what cats need. My vet says that cats, begin carnivores, should eat meat, seafood, etc. Veggies are not needed. This food is filled with seafood, which is what my cat prefers, and little 'extra' stuff. The percentages are great for nutrition for a cat. Highly recommend!
