Weruva is a family company, wholly owned and operated by pet parents David and Stacie Forman. They originally developed Weruva, a luxurious natural pet food, for their three rescued cats: Webster, Rudi and Vanessa. A huge win
Purchased this for my cats, who loved it, then as a special treat, and a break from their regular Friskies brand, gave a can to the 2 new foster cats. Big mistake, because they also love it, and now pretty much want nothing else. (I mean, the nerve!). So it will definitely be ordered again. Thanks Chewy!
My Cat Approves...
My cat loves Truluxe Peking Ducken, which is Chicken & Duck in Gravy. Some cat foods have lots of gravy and not much meat, but these cans are packed full, with lots of meat! My fur baby has kidney disease, so I have to make good nutritional choices for him, and on a dry matter basis, this particular flavor is lower in phosphorous and protein, which is what he needs. Plus, the facility where Weruva is made is USFDA certified, which makes feel confident that I am feeding him the best foods.
Excellent food
This is a top notch wet food for cats, with excellent ingredients. All 7 of my felines love it. The 3oz cans appear small but are PACKED FULL of food.
Quality food
I gave this 3 stars. The ingredients are high quality, and the food is low in phosphorus which is good for the kidneys especially as kitties age. Sadly, my boy did not care for the food. I really hoped he would, it even smelled good for a kitty food. No stinky cat food smell, but maybe my boy likes stinky food : ). My guy sat at the bowl and did his pitiful yowling until I gave him something else to eat. He has never protested so strongly before. I may try this again in another flavor. At any rate, I'll donate this case to the rescue where I adopted my senior fellow. I'm sure their kitties will love to have it as they mostly eat dry food. I think it's worth a try for a healthy food with quality ingredients.

Munchie likes it! She's a bit fussy but, this is a winner winner chicken dinner. I'm happy she's found her favorite and it happens to be quality food.
First-Rate Nutrition at Cadillac Prices
My cats don't like to eat the same thing every day, and one of them has bladder trouble. This fills the bill. It's top-quality shredded chicken breast with a bit of duck in thickened broth. Nutritionally, it's just what the experts ordered for a male cat plagued by crystals in his urinary tract: low ash, low phosphorous, low magnesium, extra liquid. That said, my cats prefer a variety of tastes and textures, so we switch it up. Will they eat what they're given if hungry enough? No. They'll harass us without let-up through multiple meal cycles until we put something acceptable in their bowls. Weruva is the only brand with the right ingredients and the right ash levels, so we keep several of the brand's recipe styles in the pantry.

This is another excellent, top-quality food, in my opinion. Fortunately, my cats like it and all of them will eat it willingly. Since it has no seafood, I’m happy. I try hard to limit their intake of seafood, as I am aware of the importance of limiting mercury in their diets.

Weruva is healthy, human grade food that my kitties love. I like the fact that it's healthy, my babies like the fact that it's tasty.
Meh. cats weren't impressed
In theory this should have been good, but there is only a tiny bit of dark meat -duck and the rest is a shredded chicken. if there was a more gravy texture that may have helped too but it is watery. I have to cut up the stringed meat. I gave this pricey box to my mom's cats.
