    Birds Love It

    By on

It is bringing in the most beautiful birds, especially goldfinches and cardinals. Unfortunately, other wildlife love it too. I am battling a determined raccoon, that has so far destroyed 2 bird feeders. I greased the pole, but it plotted and found a way to jump from a banister to the pole, of course it still slid down, but knocked a feeder to the ground, grabbed it and ran off with it. As soon as I relocate the feeder pole and keep it well greased I am sure I will be able to enjoy the color display again.

    Acceptable

    By on

Still trying to find a good wild bird food for use on our deck in Wisconsin Dells, WI. So far the best one has, surprisingly, come from Walmart (Harvest Seed and Supply). I'd rather use Chewy, but so far nothing has come close enough to switch. This is the fourth one I've tried.

Finches and sparrows (& the occasional grackle)

    By on

I am in downtown Boston, my feeder attracts almost exclusively sparrows and purple house finches. When I had the cheaper food from a pet store (almost all sorghum!) the grackles loved that, and they still stop by. Wish this food attracted a broader array of birds but it's clear this is superior to the other two prior foods I had. I may mix in some black sunflower or nyjer which I read they like.

    Good ingredients

    By on Top 500 Contributor

This was a nice food for attracting cardinals, doves and other birds...It had some nice ingredients and guaranteed not to cause grass in my flower beds...So far I’ve seen no grass...

    Apparently Tasty

    By on

Since I starting using this bird seed, there is almost never a moment when there aren't at least 4 birds at the feeder and another 2-3 waiting on the fence for their turn.

    Premium Seed

    By on

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the seed. Very limited millet and good quantity of peanut pieces and sunflower hearts. I will order again.

    Birds like the good stuff!

    By on

This is the real deal, like the caviar of bird food! We put this in our feeder and it was gone almost the next day! It did seem to attract prettier birds too! I really didn’t do a price comparison but it didn't seem that expensive.

    Perfectly packaged and priced right

    By on

I was hoping this would be an alternative to the more expensive no mess 20 lb bag from the pet store, however my wild finches are not eating it. Only the large grey doves appear to be eating the food.

    The best food!

    By on

This food has attracted a variety of birds that I haven’t seen with other traditional blends. I can’t keep enough of it on my deck!

    It really is NO MESS

    By on

The birds don't seem to hit this as hard as the previous food but they still hit it pretty hard. This is truly NO MESS
