Best Litter Product ever!!

Have been using this litter product for a number of years. After trying other brands, finally settled upon World's Best because it is truly low dust, decent clumping, truly keeps odor non-existent, and long lasting in that I don't have to replace litter very often or at all because I clean very often throughout the day and night. I have 9 indoor rescue cats and 6 litter boxes. What I don't want is a house that smells like a litter box. This product is perfect for my household. Again, I have tried other brands but they were not as good as this one. Highly recommended!

Will not buy again

I love worlds best unscented litters and have 3 cats. I was happy to see this new litter because I have a big boy who makes a mess and a longhair with hairy feet so they track throw litter. I really wanted to like this but I will not purchase this again. It doesn't seem to hold the smell in the box. I've never had a problem with the other versions but the boxes reek of urine even though I scoop every day and have 3 boxes. Also I seem to be using a lot more litter with this version. Normally the large bag lasts a month and with this the bag is 3/4 gone after 2 weeks. Its a great idea but I think it needs a revamp

Excellent

My male cat (15 yrs old) started eating his clay litter (why I do not know!!--any suggestions?) and he kept throwing up the litter and a little bit of hair. So, I switched to a clumping grass litter and he at that as well and threw up that too--I was so worried he would have a blockage with either of those two!! Now I buy World's Best corn based litter and I don't think he's eating that. It clumps and is virtually dust free, but you do have to toss the entire litter after a month or so. It's very pricey but sure beats what a vet would charge for a surgical procedure to remove a blockage in his stomach or bowels, right?

"Best" is a stretch

Pros: low tracking, clumps well at the beginning, cats were fine with it. Cons: starts as a Grape Nuts consistency, then pretty quickly breaks down into a fine dust that doesn't clump, no odor control. I had to completely change out the box every 2 weeks or less. the litter added it's own weird smell on top of the cat waste smell. I also tried the scented version which didn't help.

Fabulous

No dust! I love it. The grain is a bit bigger and it took my cats a couple days to get use to it and have been fine since! We still have the red bag of worlds best in some of out boxes but plan on changing completely to this. I find I am breathing in to much dust with the red bad, both clump great. And I have no real issues with either but I do prefer this one. I change my boxes weekly typically. Since I am using two litters this one has not needed complete changeover yet. It last long, less tracking, dust and It clumps great. Easy to sift as well.

I love this product.

I switched to this product a couple of years ago and very glad I made the switch. I love that it's environmentally friendly and so very low-maintenance. This version with the larger granules seems to leave less tracking. My cat made the switch with no issues. If you are used to the perfumey clay litters the neutral smell of this product may take some getting used to - but your cat won't mind and would probably thank you for it!

Disappointed

This used to be good cat litter. Pricey but good. Several years ago they reduced the bag size. And they often had coupons - haven’t seen one of those forever! And they had a frequent buyer program which was great for rescuers but they ended it unless you were a breeder contributing to the number of unwanted and abandoned animals. Breeders were able to keep participating in the program. Now the price keeps going up but it doesn’t perform the way it used to. Looking for more affordable reliable litter.. It’s become a waste of money!!!!

Not Low Tracking

Bought this for my two cats to hopefully stop tracking on a hard wood floor / still tracks and the pieces are bigger so really know when you stop on one. Very little dust, so that is nice.........Will not buy again

It all goes to dust

I really want to move away from clay, but keep going back to it after trying more 'natural' products. I really wanted to like Worlds Best. I tried the red, orange, and blue bags. While the litter itself doesn't track much, all of them quickly break down into dust--even the blue-bag version. Little dusty cat prints everywhere, and I have to add an extra sweep day to my week for my dusty hardwood floors. I change the whole box every 2-3 weeks. The only way I've been able to avoid so much dust is to change the whole box even more frequently. Which defeats the purpose.

Works Great

I have been using this orange bag of Worlds Best for almost a year and haven’t had ANY issues with bugs as some people seem too. I have 1 cat, 2 litter boxes. He uses both boxes about the same amount. I scoop every other day or so and use a litter genie. I vacuum every week. I switched to this looking for low dust (my cat has feline asthma) and he used to track clay litter everywhere as well as get it stuck to his bum (he’s long haired). It tracks a little but just because he RUNS out of the box when he’s done and its not all over my house, just the rooms where the boxes are. Yes, the grains are bigger (because the litter is designed to be low tracking, less likely to get in between toes) and I sift a little more than i did with clay but I just got a scooper that had larger holes in it. No big. The urine does clump very well in the litter. No, it doesn’t stick to stools very well but my guy is good about burying it (it still stinks initially, its fresh poop). Ive noticed when it doesn’t or if it crumbles it’s because the litter is old or the urine is fresh. It has the odor of grain because its a corn cob litter, I sprinkle a little tidy cats lightweight 4 in 1 on the top (like baking soda) and it gives it a little fresh scent. So I say give it shot, it does exactly what it’s advertised for, and odds are you wont have an issue with it!
