Overall Wysong is a good reputable company and I appreciate the quality and variety they offer. Rabbit is a good addition to my furkids rotational diet. They really went for it at first but have slowed down the excitement. 14 cats are difficult to please. I will keep this in rotation with the hope they will continue to finish it all when it's offered.
My dogs AND cats love this food!

I feed this canned rabbit formula to my dogs and cats and they all really love it! I like that it has no fillers or grains, just ground up rabbit! The only downside is that it is so good, my Basset Hound tends to get aggressive when he is eating. He isn't like that with any other canned food! Overall, great product!
Excellent Quality Food!

My pup suffers from IBD. He is on a prescription diet to keep it under control and he tolerates the Rabbit formula well. It is however, very expensive. So I purchased the Wysong Epigen Rabbit wet food and my boy absolutely loves it!!! Because it is nothing but rabbit, he tolerates it very well. I mix it with his prescription dry food and he gobbles it all down. I like that I can get a case of 12 rather than the case of 24 for cans of prescription food, so I don't have to pony-up $85. all at once. I would highly recommend this food to anyone that has a dog that suffers from allergies and can tolerate rabbit.

My dog loved this, she is often very picky but ate her plate clean when I opened this food. The chicken and beef are not much liked by her but the rabbit she loves.
Great value for the money

I was a little bit disappointed that the food doesn't have any vitamins or minerals listed on ingredient label. But, I use it as a topper for my babies kibble
Seven cats love this food and great for food allergies too!

I have three indoor cats and four semi feral outdoor cats. One of my indoor cats developed food allergies that caused skin issues (scabs) and patches of hair to fall out. After doing some research I discovered that beef, fish, chicken, turkey, pork, soy and grains are all common food allergens for cats. I can only feed him "unique" protein foods like lamb, quail and rabbit. Once I changed his diet, his issues disappeared!

To make my life easier and to keep them all healthy I switched them all over to a unique protein based food. Warning: if your pet has food allergies read the ingredient list carefully! A food may say it is made of lamb, but the ingredient list also shows liver and it could be pork liver, fish, or other protein sources added in. My cat is sensitive enough that he cannot tolerate anything outside the actual unique protein.
I also only buy grain free and no/low carb varieties of canned cat food. Hound & Gatos Lamb, Evanger's Holistic Quail Dinner and also Hound & Gatos Rabbit. Chewy has them all! My cats now prefer this Epigen Rabbit food over the Hound & Gatos. This Epigen food also comes in a large can and is very reasonably priced for the high quality food that it is. Since this Epigen food is made for both cats and dogs, it does not contain some necessary mineral supplements that cats need like Taurine, but I give my cats a vitamin/mineral supplement added to their food, so that is not a problem in my household. (Vetri Science Nu Cat Multivitamin sold by Chewy) The rabbit in this food is also sourced in the USA, not China.
Thank you Chewy for having such a wide variety of pet foods to choose from, listing all the ingredients in the Nutritional Information of each, and for having the best prices and service a pet owner could ask for!… more

I love this company, no long list of ingredients on the label that don't survive the cooking process. I supplement their raw diet with this and their kibble Just for my ease of meal prep. Dogs love it so much they would open th can if they could. My Shepard has severe food allergies and this food is not a problem.
The "boys" love Epigen Rabbit

....and the other Epigen meals, but Rabbit really brings them running on the double. I love feeding them Wysong because it is of high quality.

When I adopted my dog I bought the growth dry food formula made by Wysong. She lived on the street and was very underweight when they found her.
I liked the fact that Wysong has been around for years and they make their food is if a dog derives from wolves which they do. And their canned food is probably the best smelling canned food I've ever gotten my dog before. She normally hates any fish flavored food and she even loved the fish flavor I got in the variety pack! The price point is a little high but the quality definitely reflects the price.
