Broke Before First Use

This tower broke before I even finished putting it together. When I was screwing a post on, the inside of the post broke off onto the other metal piece. Not only

This tower broke before I even finished putting it together. When I was screwing a post on, the inside of the post broke off onto the other metal piece. Not only could the post not screw on after this but I couldnt get the bolt off the other piece and therefore it was stuck on the middle platform. I was able yo salvage thw other parts but I couldn’t use about half of the pieces as a result.

Sturdy and lots of resting places

We were looking for a second cat tree. The price was pretty good so we decided to try this tree. Our cats use the tree every day. The favorite spots for them

We were looking for a second cat tree. The price was pretty good so we decided to try this tree. Our cats use the tree every day. The favorite spots for them are the shark mouth and the round perch just below that. We have it against the wall so they have also rested on the perch to the right of the shark mouth which is also a scratching pad. We have a cat with 'wobbly cat' syndrome and he was able to get into the large rectangular bottom hide-away. I feel this tree is a good value and would purchase again.

While it was getting set up, my cat was already trying to climb the tree as it was being built! It is also a lot bigger than I thought it would be, also it was a great price too.

Terrible Shipping

I bought this as a gift to my brother. So far I’m rather disappointed in the shipping. FedEx is awful at handling packages, apparently I live in an apartment complex

I bought this as a gift to my brother. So far I’m rather disappointed in the shipping. FedEx is awful at handling packages, apparently I live in an apartment complex that indeed is too complex for them to properly deliver to my front door. They never read the special instructions given. Further they left it where the snow was melting off the roof. So the box was practically disintegrating as I carried it inside. Thankfully the item was inside a bag and didn’t get wet. But I still had to repackage it in a different box. Chewy should use a more responsible and respectful carrier.

Every shark toy I buy becomes Salem's favorite, so when it was time to replace our old broken cat tree, this was the obvious choice. It is adorable. It was easy to assemble. All the parts except the bolts had labels, so I didn't need to study the images or guess the length to figure out which post or platform went where. Both cats "helped supervise" the assembly process and then claimed a spot for a nap. Cat approved.

Aesthetic and Small

We like the way it looks but we were led to believe the beds could be removed for cleaning, they cannot. Also, it is too small for our cats, they will not use it

Absolutely the best cat tree we've had

So when we were putting it together Mochi climbed onto the third tier. And let me tell you, she did not want to get off of it even though it was only half built.

So when we were putting it together Mochi climbed onto the third tier. And let me tell you, she did not want to get off of it even though it was only half built.. We had to gently pry her little paws off of it and place her on another part of the cat tree to finish. Since we got this both our cats have had an absolute ball with it. I'm writing this review as both cats are currently using it. Plus the shark is adorable.

Got this for our two new kittens and our 5 yr old cat. They all love it. It’s nice the little ones can run into the bottom playhouse and still feel secure while

Got this for our two new kittens and our 5 yr old cat. They all love it. It’s nice the little ones can run into the bottom playhouse and still feel secure while playing with the older cat. The top shark mouth can rotate into the position you want, as well as the fish scratching attachment at the top. So many levels, so much fun. Along with the Feliway, they are all getting along well!
