My dogs LOVE these liver treats! They come running when they hear the bag. The treats are nicely sized (about 1” square, generally) and are tough (not easily breakable

My dogs LOVE these liver treats! They come running when they hear the bag. The treats are nicely sized (about 1” square, generally) and are tough (not easily breakable by hand to use as a meal topper, for example), so it takes a few good chews and crunches to get them down. I have a 12 year old Shih Tzu that has had some teeth removed and it took her a little longer to eat these treats, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing, she loved every second. My larger dogs ate them up with ease. These are our new special treats for extra good behavior! Having a single ingredient treat that the dogs get so excited about is a bonus!

Our 12 year old labradoodle prefers them more than other treats, giving a little hop when we reach for the bag. From our perspective, they stink when first opening

Our 12 year old labradoodle prefers them more than other treats, giving a little hop when we reach for the bag. From our perspective, they stink when first opening but that went away and I'm happy for that versus the being loaded with things we don't want (100% beef liver is only ingredient). They are relatively consistent in size especially considering they aren't ground up and formed.

Too hard for my dogs

While my dogs really enjoyed the taste of the treats, they were much harder than I had anticipated and were practically unusable for my senior dog who is missing

While my dogs really enjoyed the taste of the treats, they were much harder than I had anticipated and were practically unusable for my senior dog who is missing some teeth. Additionally, with little dogs, you often times want to break the treats up into smaller pieces to avoid overindulgence. There were also only a very small amount of treats in the bag. They would probably be great for a larger breed dog, but for little dogs, they really weren’t ideal.

These only get 3 stars. They’re Very hard. My chocolate lab LOVES them but she has a tendency to not chew. So I’ve given her a few of these that she immediately

These only get 3 stars. They’re Very hard. My chocolate lab LOVES them but she has a tendency to not chew. So I’ve given her a few of these that she immediately just swallows down. I gave a couple to my sisters dog and he chewed them well and enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend these if your dog chews their food! I love that it’s single ingredient and my dog hasn’t had any allergy spikes since we’ve started trying these, but I don’t think I’d order them for Bella again for her to just swallow them haha

These treats are a bit harder than I was expecting, but both my boys LOVE them! My one little guy is not a fan of organ meats but he will gobble these treats right

These treats are a bit harder than I was expecting, but both my boys LOVE them! My one little guy is not a fan of organ meats but he will gobble these treats right down. They aren’t chewy like jerky, but more hard and crispy so I feel like they would help keep teeth cleaner too. There isn’t much in one bag tho, so if you have multiple dogs, you’ll want a couple bags or more.
