Severe Allergic Reaction in Both Dogs, Something Changed

We’ve been feeding our dogs Zignature Lamb Limited Ingredient Formula for a long time with no problems, but with this most recent bag both of my dogs reacted badly

We’ve been feeding our dogs Zignature Lamb Limited Ingredient Formula for a long time with no problems, but with this most recent bag both of my dogs reacted badly. One of them developed severe skin issues-constant itching until she bled, and her hair started falling out. The other also showed signs of an allergic reaction. After checking reviews, I noticed many other customers reporting similar problems recently, which makes me worried something has changed in the formula or batch. On the positive side, Chewy was amazing. They were quick, kind, and gave me a full refund right away. I really appreciate how easy they made the process and how much they care about their customers.

I’m wondering if others that left reviews can help me out. I have 4 dogs who have now all vomited. Now I’m looking for why. I looked on here at the reviews and see others having issues. We’ve used this food for many many years. I’m wondering if you can tell me if they vomited the whole time eating the food and you had to switch it to stop? What was the expiration date of your food as well? Maybe it’s a certain lot number. I’m going to be looking into my bags lot number and can post later. I wish we could comment on here to the reviews would be helpful. If anyone can answer these questions by leaving reviews I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Tough to process, then Chat didn't work despite "24hr availability".

I tried to order an early autoship for my dog food, but my 20 dollar "gift card" didn't apply to the order so I had to cancel. ONline chat didn't work, it said it

I tried to order an early autoship for my dog food, but my 20 dollar "gift card" didn't apply to the order so I had to cancel. ONline chat didn't work, it said it wasn't available. i sent an email to cust. service to see if i'm unable to use a gift card for autoship... I again tried to contact chat, but that also glitched out again. I guess I'll run out and get a bag from a local store, but I thought chewey was going to eliminate my need to drive to a store. lol hoping to hear back from cust. svc to see what my options are, or if the gift card can even be applied to auto ships.

I had 1 very picky eater my sister told me what she feed her little dogs gave me some to try. He love it for about 1 month I put salmon oil on food each week I put less and less on it. He still at the food. I started with the smallest bags now I get the 25 lb bag it lasts me 4 or 5 months for now 2 miniature schnauzer. They love the lamb flavor no I haven’t tried any other flavors.

My dog was hesitantly eating this when I first opened the bag, while we were transitioning from the previous food. I noticed he got itchy paws and softer poop from it, but thought it was just maybe a temporary thing from switching foods. Now that it is no longer being mixed with his old food he completely refuses to eat it, even if it has a topper, he will turn his nose up and walk away. He is normally not a picky eater. I know from experience Zignature is a good brand but sadly this formula just isn’t a good fit for this particular dog.
