My dog does not like the food but...

By Tabb on Nov 29, 2021

It's certainly not fair to give a bad rating because my dog does not like the food. This item was highly recommended by a good friend whose dog has allergies issues. I bought a full bag of this food and my Daisy would not eat it.......I'm giving a 5 star rating on behalf of my friend, since her dogs apparently loves the food. Unfortunately they live in NY so I couldn't even give her the food that I have remaining in the bag. :( Also, the 5 star rating represents my past purchases with Chewy.

    Tiny Kibble

By swhmetta on Nov 16, 2021

This seems like it's for small dogs. I have a 100 pound German Shepherd. This kibble is the size of Rice Krispies. It is tiny. Won't get again, because my dog chokes on it because he can't chew it all.

    Best from the Best!

By Kandykids on Sep 4, 2021

NO dog food comes close to the quality of Zignature. Two of my 3 dogs have issues, Jake with inflammatory bowel disease that required surgery and Lola with countless allergies. After spending thousands of dollars on allergy testing, serums, pills, shots and a gazillion different foods, a pet store owner recommended Zignature. Within two weeks Lola, whose scratching could previously only be calmed by steroids or Cytopoint injections, was symptom-free. Jake, who was on daily meds and still vomited fairly often, no longer needed regular meds. He rarely has flare-ups now. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate what Zignature has done for my dogs. I give them dry and wet food, and they love NO dog food comes close to the quality of Zignature. So far so good!

By AshBee on Oct 10, 2021

My picky eater went straight for this. I have had him on Nutrisource trout and rice but wanted to try something I could order from Chewy. The calorie count is low compared to Nutrisource so he needs to eat a little more of this but he's happy with the taste and I'm happy with the formulation!

    won’t even try it...

By Shelby on Sep 17, 2021

I purchased a smaller bag of this food while I was traveling to try it out, and my 10yr old golden loved it, so I pulled the trigger on a larger bag (from chewy) and she absolutely hates it-won’t even try the stuff from chewy. Everything between the two bags looked the same to me, she won’t even try it... I really wanted this food to work out to help with her allergies and yeast issues...

    A great quality food

Nothing your dog doesn't need, and everything he does. We will start him onto this after his food elimination trial.

    Yeah, It’s Got Grain!

    By BijouMama2011 on May 9, 2021

I love that the company started making a grain inclusive food that is completely pea & chicken free. My dogs (Yorkies) all love this food & eat it eagerly, except one tiny girl. I just wish the company would make this in Small Bites for the little guys, since I’m not able to feed the grain free small bites to my dogs for genetic health reasons.

    Good so far

By CoffeeDog on Apr 14, 2021

We switched to this food after the Midwestern Pet foods recalls on Earthborn. So far, my dog really likes this food. He is still adjusting to it, so I can’t say 100%, but I think this is going to be a good switch. The company that makes this food has never had a recall, use quality ingredients, and they get good reviews. We are happy so far. Just wish the price was a little lower, but it’s worth it for the quality and peace of mind.

    Good product

By Kato on Mar 22, 2021

I ordered this dog food because I love the ingredients and the fact that there is no potato or fillers. My dog has skin allergies and tends to be a picky eater. He does not love this food but he will eat it more than the previous food that I purchased. I am going to try and keep him on this food because it’s difficult to find affordable dog food without grains and potatoes. I’m going to order a food topper to see if it helps. If your dog isn’t picky I recommend trying this food because I think it is one of the cleaner limited ingredient foods available!
