Can you provide the amount of glucosamine in this recipe?

There is 560 mg/kg of glucosamine and 1300 mg/kg of chondroitin in Ziwi Peak foods. You won't find glucosamine and chondroitin in the ingredient list of their foods as they occur naturally. Mother Nature knows best and offers a natural source of glucosamine and chondroitin in the meat cartilage, bone and green-lipped mussels featured in all Ziwi foods.

Is the meat and organs raw? It says fresh. My husband says that means raw.

ZIWI Peak recipes are handcrafted with high inclusions of meat, organs, bone, and seafood. During the canning process of ZIWI Peak wet recipes, the foods are sealed and heated in order to preserve and stabilize the contents. They are then heated at the minimum temperature and time required to meet the international regulations for human and pet canned foods.

This recipe is formulated for All Life Stages including growth of large size dogs (70 pounds or more as an adult). It is suitable for puppies.

I purchased this because it was recommended to me to help get my dogs reoccurring, whole body, yeast infection under control. She has zero teeth and requires soft food. I could tell she wasn't overly enthused with it when we were going through the slow transition process. Which is weird because she is not picky at all and will eat anything not nailed down. Now that she is fully transitioned and there isn't any of the old food mixed with it she absolutely refuses to eat it. She won't even approach her bowl when I set it down.

My 2 shepards had to switch recently to lamb as first ingredient. I tried a different can that claimed to have lamb as first ingredient but they had lose stool and vomiting. This is the only can so far that the primary ingredient is lamb, without any other protein like chicken. They love it and their stool is perfect , they don’t vomit. Totally recommended!
