I love these treats for my dog. Wholesome ingredients, plus these are the only biscuit treat I can find that you can easily break apart to make the treat smaller. They are scored through the middle and I sometimes even break it into quarters. The treats last longer that way and my dogs aren’t getting filled up on treats and spoiling their dinner.
The best "dry" food!
This is really as good as it gets for deeply nutritious and wholesome dry puppy/dog food. The ingredients are very clean, whole and minimal; no nonsense. Our puppy thrives on this. I use it as a topper just because it is a bit pricey. But it feels so nourishing and almost has the consistency of jerky.
Great nutrition, great taste (I’m assuming ;)
I’ve tried numerous brands and finally found something that my dog seems to enjoy and eats consistently. Yes, it’s pricey but after spending hundreds of dollars on brands that my dog just didn’t like and brands that were questionable in terms of the ingredient panel, I’m fine with paying more to ensure my pup is healthy and happy. I’m currently rotating proteins so I’ve tried a few different Ziwi flavors and don’t have any issues moving between the flavors.
Not for my picky eater poodle
I purchased this premium food after reading the high reviews for picky eaters. My very picky toy poodle did not like this food for some reason. It does have a strong smell of fish, which I don't think is a problem. He has been eating freeze-dried food, commercial fresh cooked food, and some high-end kibbles. I purchased this food to give him a change and thinking it will be easier to feed him on busy days and especially if we do road travel. I was sure he would like the food and was surprised that he would pick out the Ziwi food pieces and chose kibbles instead. I bought a 2.2 lb bag and he only ate 1/4 cup so far in 2 weeks. I think he doesn't like it because the food pieces are hard. I should have bought a smaller bag to try out first. Several reviews have mentioned the pieces in the bigger bag are harder and dried. The food seem to be of high quality, but surprisingly my dog doesn't like it. I would recommend buying a smaller bag to start.
Recommendations:
Very beneficial for Dogs with multi-factorial ALLERGIES! Loved even by Picky eaters. Pure, organic, limited ingredients source of minerals and vitamins with NO artificial preservatives. Derived from the NATURAL green muscles (something your Dog, and/or Cat will hardly eat on their own).
Great but…
This food is great and my picky eater with stomach and allergy issues loves it. Only thing is DO NOT buy the big bag, they tend to be really hard and stale versus the smaller bags. It’s a lot harder to get my dog to eat the hard stale bits. Smaller bags from now on!
Smallest Food bag
Buying this bag I assumed it would be on the smaller size due to the 2.2lb but I didn't imagine this tiny due to the price. (See photo for reference) Dogs ate it right up but can't buy again otherwise we'll be homeless.

I use them as training treats...dog love it! Very high value and great for them.
Great for Picky Eaters
My poodle is a very picky eater. She doesn't like to chew on hard kibble. This kibble is thin and wafer-like, which makes it easier to chew. We started with Ziwi Beef, which she likes and still eats, and recently tried this variety, and she likes it even better. The only downside to this product: it is Expensive!

Great as a food topper or to fill toys. A bit pricey as regular food. My dog loves it.
