Do you offer the Extra Large size for Zoo Med Log?

what is the smallest size of tank will this piece fit in?

This product measures 4.25 x 2 x 1.75 inches. As long as your tank dimensions are larger than this, it will work. Dimensions are listed as length by width by height.

would this also work for a small ball python?

This product is not suitable for reptiles such as ball pythons. This log is made for aquatic fish such as bettas.

How do you sand down any sharp edges?

If there are any sharp edges on the ceramic log you can get some fine sandpaper and sand them down.

Careful! mine has some sharp edges inside.

I knew this wasn't a very "natural" looking log, but thought it could serve as a hiding spot for some of my bottom dwellers. Unfortunately, I found some sharp edges

I knew this wasn't a very "natural" looking log, but thought it could serve as a hiding spot for some of my bottom dwellers. Unfortunately, I found some sharp edges inside the log where the small holes had been made. I tried to sand them down a bit, but I don't think I'll it's suitable.

Ceramic, heavy enough to sink, cute

I got this for my algae eater since it's a baby. Perfect for my overly bright tank, and gives him a little place to chill. I appreciate that it's ceramic and sank

NOT safe

As many users are saying, the edges and especially the knot part that has a bunch of tiny holes, is so sharp it could cut a person, and would absolutely shred up

As many users are saying, the edges and especially the knot part that has a bunch of tiny holes, is so sharp it could cut a person, and would absolutely shred up a fish. Even sandpaper would be really tough to use since the little corners are hard to get into, you would need a Dremel for sure. This shouldn't be sold as anything other than a decoration, keep it away from pets.
