Feeding Instructions

Place Cricket Gutload Block in cage with crickets. Provide water in a separate shallow water dish. For best results, allow crickets to eat Cricket Gutload Block for 1 - 2 days before feeding then to your reptiles. If additional supplementation is desired, periodically dust crickets with Zoo Med Repti Calcium just before feeding crickets to your reptiles. Replace block after it is consumed or if it becomes soiled. Store food in a cool, dry place.

The crickets were all over it the moment they saw it!

By Collar on Sep 28, 2019

This food block works extremely well for keeping the crickets fed and alive until it's feeding time for the Gecko. The food block lasts a lot longer than I thought it would (weeks!). Great find!

    By Jen2019 on May 29, 2017 top1000Contributor

Have used this block since it came out on the market it is an easy way to feed and supplement at the same time. Less mess than other options or can be used in addition to other cricket food. Would recommend this to any cricket keeping reptile owners. Makes things easier in cricket keeping.

This product saves you time and effort

By Astrid on Mar 11, 2017

If you have a reptile, especially a baby one, you need to make sure your pet receives Calcium and Vitamin D with its food. At first, I used powder, which meant I had to catch the crickets and coat them in powder before giving them to my bearded dragon. Then, I found Zoo Med Cricket Block Reptile Supplement. Now, I put the cricket block reptile supplement in the cricket container, where they feed on it. Breeders call this gut-loading, which I find a distasteful name; however, no more coating crickets. All I have to do is put the crickets in the tank for my baby beardie to get calcium and vitamins.
