All it took was her seeing a squirrel and she pulled the side window right off that easily The screws and everything came out it looked nice up until then definitely

But still feel I spent too much on it. Very poor build quality, bottom tray does not fill space in the bottom, and will definitely have to add hardware to keep the doors closed. Poor design and cheap materials, will likely not last and large size is barely big enough for a bigger medium sized dog.

Our puppy 12 weeks old busted the locking mechanism off of the front of the crate. I had my doubts about the strength of this crate and found it to be not a very good crate to hold even a puppy. Oh, it worked well when my puppy was just sitting in it or lying down but once she wanted out it was on like Donkey Kong. Or should I say off because all the hardware has come off.

quality issues

it is a beautiful peace from about 5 feet away once you get up close there are so many imperfections you’d think it’s a used piece, the biggest one for me was a

it is a beautiful peace from about 5 feet away once you get up close there are so many imperfections you’d think it’s a used piece, the biggest one for me was a huge chip on the partial board that borderline made me return it luckily for my specific layout it was on the rear and is out of sight but there is chips and scratches all over straight out the box , not to mention the tray that came inside is about 4 inches too small and you can see the carpet on all sides since the tray isn’t the correct size on all sides not ideal at all , especially for mess quality control is definitely a issue and i’m not a happy buyer .
