Great odor control- I’d say it smells like vanilla

Compared to other tofu litters this is a great price. I have a 20x28 litter pan and it takes two bags. However, I find it clumped a lot better when I added a bit extra. It has a vanilla scent and tracking is minimal. It does in fact stick to the litter pan(mine is stainless steel). But sticking is also minimal, the more you add , the less of a chance it sticks. There is some dust, you’ll notice after scooping for a week or so, but nothing major. I’m happy with the odor control. I do have an enclosed litter box , but since switching , if there is any odor from #2, hardly noticeable(faint if there is any odor at all). But if you’re scooping you’ll definitely be able to smell it once uncovered. I can’t say how long it lasts- I have two cats but it’s been going great, haven’t needed to top off or anything . Hopefully I’ll update.

Cheapest Natural Litter

I was buying Tuft & Paw and Pusan for a while, and this litter is almost identical but at a way better price point per pound. Highly recommend!

The concept of all natural materials for this litter sounds great! In reality, it sounds better than it absorbs. We have a 2 cat household, and it was tracked from one end of the house to the other. The litter was made from peas. It's all natural, which is awesome, however it sticks to kitty paws, and it doesn't allow for easy burial of kitty poop. My older cat resorted to using an area outside of the litter box, while this litter was in the box. Some cats may adjust to this quite well, my cats opted to show us their displeasure! The odor control is okay, as long as you change the litter twice a week. It may be a win for some, but it's pricy for the amount of coverage that you get. With as often asvyou need to change it, and the amount that's needed to cover an average catbox, I wouldn't say it's economical.

I have 2 Persians who can be a bit finicky with new products and it took them a while to adjust to this litter but they eventually accepted it. Great product, low tracking, virtually no dust, clumps just OK, and it is good with odor control. The only feature of the product which proved problematic was scooping the waste. Due to the size of the pellets, it takes forever when scooping to sift out the unused litter from the waste. It is almost like pan sifting for gold where you have to keep shaking and swirling the scoop to separate the heavier waste from the unused pellets. My litter scoop is a normal metal scoop that I effectively and efficiently use with other clumping litters. I would consider using this new litter on a regular basis as it has many positive features, if it came with its own scoop designed to handle the unique shape of these pellets. Overall, a very nice, and earth friendly product.

I have kept cats almost continuously since I was eight years old. I am now 72. Based on experience, I know that one does not do a radical litter change without slowly introducing the new litter to the old. I usually use a clay-based litter. When I added the allforpaws to the clay, the lack of a dust cloud, as one gets with a clay-based litter, was impressive. It does get tracked around a bit -- but far less than with the clay-based. However the problem is that when I scrape out the accumulations in the box, the allforpaws does not fit through the openings in the scoop. So, when one scoops, one does not get only the clumps but also a lot of loose litter. The manufacturer would do well to significantly shorten the lengths of the litter so that it would sift through the scoop, thus decreasing a great deal of waste of untainted litter. I would recommend that the "Instructions" on the package be proofed by someone fully fluent in English. It also seems questionable that the litter is flushable over the long term. I once tried "flushable" cat litter. Eventually, the sewer line became clogged. Due to the problem with the allforpaws not sifting through the scoop, I probably will not purchase it again.
