Fast Acting

Targets Itch at the Source

Apoquel goes right to the source of allergic itch, to help stop itching and relieve associated inflammation in affected canines.

9 Million Dogs and Counting

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

Do not use Apoquel in dogs less than 12 months of age or those with serious infections. Apoquel may increase the chances of developing serious infections, and may cause existing parasitic skin infestations or pre-existing cancers to get worse. Consider the risks and benefits of treatment in dogs with a history of recurrence of these conditions. New neoplastic conditions (benign and malignant) were observed in clinical studies and post-approval. Apoquel has not been tested in dogs receiving some medications including some commonly used to treat skin conditions such as corticosteroids and cyclosporines. Do not use in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs. Most common side effects are vomiting and diarrhea. Apoquel has been used safely with many common medications including parasiticides, antibiotics and vaccines. See full Prescribing Information.

No More Excessive Itching!

My German Shepard has environmental and seasonal allergies. Mr. Loki Pokes is a rescue, and when I brought him home in the summer 2022, he was in bad condition. He was itching his skin off and had scabs and scars, but no fleas. It was so bad he couldn't get a drink of water without stopping to scratch a few times. After trying baths, changing his diet, and every home remedy on the internet, his veterinarian put him on Apoquel. We haven't looked back. At first, he needed it every day. Now, he only takes it when needed - when spring comes and usually the day of, and after mowing the lawn. I suspect he will need it during the fall for a while as well. This drug is wonderful. He is not the same dog. It has totally given him a better quality of life, and for that, we are both grateful.

Relief

We rescued our pup almost 4 years ago and each year his scratching has gotten worse. It got to the point he was scratching all night. Benadryl did not work, prednisone kept him (and us) up all night for him to go out to potty. The doctor prescribed Apoquel and he has done so well - fur has filled in and feels so nice. His red paws and red belly are no longer red, he looks and feels amazing. Thank you chewy for filling this medicine for us!

This product works great for my dog. minimizes her chewing/itching within a couple days of using daily. I usually get it from my local vet, but tried Chewy because it’s cheaper. Unfortunately, my very first order was stolen shortly after delivery while I was at work. The process to get it replaced looked to be more complex than I hoped for. Will not be ordering medication online again. Not worth watching my dog go weeks with discomfort while I figure out how to get a replacement. Would prefer it to be mailed USPS. * I will note, others must know this product works, since it has been the only item stolen off my front porch.

Worked for 1 dog, not the other

We have one dog with major skin issues and she has been on Apoquel for many years now. We attempted to stop using it and taper her off, but boy did her skin problems return! So thankful it works wonders for her. We have another dog with a grass allergy that just chews her feet. Apoquel did nothing for her. Regardless, we would definitely recommend trying it at least. It is great when it works and it makes for a happy dog!

The only thing that works for seasonal allergies

My corgi riley has seasonal allergies that flare from august and lasts a couple months. she gets hot spots on her paws and armpit area. steroids and cytopoint did not work but apoquel did. It's pricey but i only get enough for 2 months then she's fine. this treatment combined with a medicated fungal spray should be all you need.

Game Changer

This really helped my french bulldog who has been suffering from all sorts of allergies since he was a puppy. Within a week the skin bumps went away, he had way less nasal and eye drainage, and he wasn’t licking and biting at his paws. I still combine this with a daily Zyrtec and an HP diet dog food. But I’m so glad he finally has relief!

Working wonders for my dog!

My Labradoodle is seven years old and although she isn’t a puppy anymore, she still has a lot of life in her. This last nine months or so she has been having a harder time getting up on the couch or the bed after a good day of play. When it started becoming more frequent, the vet suggested I try apoquel. She is doing so much better now! It’s nice to know that she can have a day of fun and not have to suffer for it later.

Great service

I had some issues with the vet and the pharmacy staff and helped me resolve it quickly! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because one of the techs called me the next day to tell me it had been rejected. it apparently was in a bin and she did not check the computer before calling me! I work night she so she woke me up with incorrect information. Grrrr

worked great but..

This product worked great for my dogs allergies BUT after doing more research on this drug, I quickly stopped the auto-ship. Please do your own research about what it does to your dogs body / immune system. Like I said worked great but is not a long time fix whatsoever.

Itch-Free Journey

I've had a fantastic experience with this product for my dog. It's been remarkably effective in reducing her itching and chewing within just a few days of daily use. Typically, I purchase it directly from my local vet, but I decided to give Chewy a try due to the lower price.
