How far away is a safe distance between the uvb bulb and a basking spot?

This will depend on the type of animal. The lamp projects high levels of UV-rich light directly beneath unit at around 12”/30cm to create a basking zone but then light also spreads out over distance to provides a wide flood. Please refer to the charts below for the suitable distance.

Broken, Broken, Broken

If I could give zero stars I would Ordered a new bulb for my beardie, it came in not working, got a replacement and it came in shattered, decided to just buy all

If I could give zero stars I would Ordered a new bulb for my beardie, it came in not working, got a replacement and it came in shattered, decided to just buy all new fixtures because they need them anyways, when they came in, bulbs were shattered AGAIN, got a replacement, not only was it shattered, again, the fixture was almost snapped in half, packaging had no fragile label or warning, just wrapped in bubble wrap in its original box, absolutely terrible

Great Customer Service.

I ordered this Arcadia light kit for my Lizard once I found out that my current light fixture wasn’t going to cut it. Unfortunately, when the Ardia kit came in,

I ordered this Arcadia light kit for my Lizard once I found out that my current light fixture wasn’t going to cut it. Unfortunately, when the Ardia kit came in, the light would not work. It would flicker when turned on at one end, but would immediately go out failing to light up. I played around with it to try and fix it but it wouldn’t work. Thankfully, chewy was quick to get in contact with and they processed refund so I could go purchase a new one at a local retailer. They are understanding and care for the pets needs just as much as we do. Can’t be happier with the company!

Unmountable!

The light works as a light, but the included mounts are nearly impossible to put on the fixture. And once they're on, there's zero way to get a wire, cable, or screw

The light works as a light, but the included mounts are nearly impossible to put on the fixture. And once they're on, there's zero way to get a wire, cable, or screw through them to actually attach the light to anything. I currently have aluminum wires going all the way around the fixture+lightbulb to secure it to the top of my enclosure, but I'm concerned about overheating since they're right under the bulb, so I'll need to come up with a different solution today... Also no included instructions about hanging the fixture? Definitely wouldn't consider this a "kit" since the mounting components are literally unusable. Really annoying and disappointing.

Customer service

I ordered the pro t 5 12% kit and it was defected chewey handle it outstanding it did work a lil and i was concerned about my dragon if i had too send broken one
