I thought it was just me....
I thought it was just me but after seeing these comments I'm convinced this litter has definitely changed. It used to be great but not anymore. My cats are peeing all over the place and won't use the litter box after half a day of fresh litter. It stinks to high heaven now too. This is garbage now! Used to be the best even though it was more expensive. They need to change it back. It did work great until they ruined it.
Works!
I really appreciate the nonstick feature to this kitty litter. It clumps hard and makes scooping a breeze, but then it has to be completely dumped out after a week to 10 days and replaced with all fresh litter - you can't just top it off - because the deodorizing quits hard then it just reeks of urine. I don't always scoop every day - maybe every other but I always notice when it's time to fully dump out and replace. It's a shame too, because its so much more expensive compared to cheaper, but less slippery clumping litters.
No dust! Easy to scoop! Blocks odors. We are converted!
I bought this litter in a whim. We’ve used Tidy Cats clumping litter for 20+ years and while it works well, it produces A LOT of dust. This litter is amazing. No dust. No heavy perfume smell although it does block odors. All 3 kitties are fine with it. The scooping is easier too. Perfect clumps and it doesn’t get stuck to the sides of the box. Worth the price. I just wish it came in a jug instead of a box for easier pouring.
Much better than my previous litter
This works so much better at actually trapping urine from the cats. My other litter would just turn to wet clay and stick to the bottom of the litter box. Not this kind tho and it DOES NOT SMELL I have FIVE cats and 4 litter boxes my and theee is no litter box smell anymore thank god
Slide
I ordered 3 different brand name kitty litter to see which would work out the best for my two kittens and my older cat. I did not like Slide kitty litter. When my cats urinated in the Slide litter it made the litter clump all together making it into one solid large heavy hard dirt like the ground outside. And their vowel lay on top.
Sometimes sticks to the litter box.
I've bought other Arm & Hammer SLIDE litter and liked it but, for some reason the Platinum version litter sticks to the litter box. It clumps ok but heavy urine visits stick to the box.
Disappointing
I bought this in hopes it would help with odor after 2 weeks but it's really no different than the regular slide. It also clumps very badly and becomes this sludy mess and sticks to both the litter box and the scoop. It doesn't slide at all. I only got the purple box because it smells less strong than the green box and it's very low dust. I don't know if they changed the formula or what but at least for the dust factor I will keep buying it, but I will stick to the non-platinum version because it's exactly the same but is a lot cheaper.

I absolutely love this litter! Can’t even tell I have a litter box in the house anymore. Ive recommended it to everyone I know and they love it too.
Slide litter.
I've been using slide for the past five years, and it really is a big difference from the other kind of litter that you have to keep cleaning the litter box. It really does help.
terrible
Expensive for no reason! I used this with the litter robot and it was okay , now I use for many litter boxes it isn’t working well at all. It just mushy it clumps up and Sticks to the litter box I hate this litter u did switch to the original version and I can scoop out just fine
