Hole in Bag

Saw along the outside were food pellets taped up and when I lifted the box and heard more loose food. Opened the box up and there is a good size hole in the bag

Saw along the outside were food pellets taped up and when I lifted the box and heard more loose food. Opened the box up and there is a good size hole in the bag and a 3rd of it is on the bottom of the box. I’m not one to complain but someone should make sure that everything is sealed and good for the costumer. Thank you.

I’m glad that there is no soy in Blue Buffalo cat food. My cat with hyperthyroidism T4 levels have lowered dramatically since he’s been on this food. The vet had to lower his dosage of methimazole. Studies have shown that high levels of soy can contribute to hyperthyroidism in cats.

That’s not something I wanted and what do they do they do a call to me and say they are very sorry and they’ll correct it away. To me, Chewey is one of the most amazing companies out there, and I at least have gotten a half a dozen people, including three in my family on the Chewey train so once again you have proved your bulletproof.
