How do you measure paws to fit?

To measure your pet's paw width, begin by laying their paw flat on the floor. Use a cloth measuring tape to measure from the point where the paw meets the floor on one side, across the top of the paw, and around to the opposite side. I measured 4’ over the top. size chart says large. they fit a little big on the front and overly big on the rear feet. Snoopy’s front feet are 2.5 and his back

I measured 4’ over the top. size chart says large. they fit a little big on the front and overly big on the rear feet. Snoopy’s front feet are 2.5 and his back feet are 2.25 for reg boots.. dang it. maybe we’ll buy some socks! They have a great little business card that comes in the plastic case that says try one first and send em back if they wrong,. I read it after Snoopy already did some flips and twirls in the grass!! And got 2 really brown from winter grass!!.. I’ll still buy the medium size cause they’re cool

the sizing was accurate to the size chart, but that was the best thing about these booties. even when we tightened them very tight, and we made sure her paw was completely in there, they slipped off on walks over 10min. they also are NOT durable - we've had them for four days, have used them for a few potty breaks and no more than five walks (all less than 30-40min) and they are coming apart. she doesn't even run in them or drag them, but several seams are splitting and one has a hole in it completely. not worth the money unless you're fine buying a pair every week and putting them on a few times every walk.

Love these, guys. All four stayed on and he ran and dashed for an hour plus 15 minutes power walk with me this afternoon. There was some snow on the ground as well as normal grass, sidewalk. I got him these boots because he hurt one of his nails really bad somehow outside and he had to wear a cast over his foot for three weeks while the nail heeled. I think he got a rock or something stuck deep in the bed. The vet said he could have been a pebble, stick, etc... He runs like crazy outside and darts in different directions so anything is possible. Anyway secondary, now my home floors can be clean again and not have the outside germs spread around from his four paws. These boots fit perfectly and stayed on, no issues whatsoever. I put them on really snug too!

I got these boots because my dog’s paws were getting too cold to play in the snow. She hates putting the boots on and forgets how to walk every time but they are perfect for her! The first time she ran right out of them in the snow so now I know to velcro them tighter. They protect her paws and honestly look adorable! Dog park tested.

Marley will be 14 this summer and he has a torn ACL. Arthritis has set in and while can get around pretty well, when he’s tired he drags his knuckles - when he goes across pavement or a roadway he skins his knuckles. These booties are great. They protect his feet and keep him from slipping on wet grass and wet floors. A life saver.

Durable

Marco was not a fan. I had trouble putting the boots on Marco. The Velcro was so VERY “grabby” the hooks and eyes part kept sticking on every thing it touched on

Marco was not a fan. I had trouble putting the boots on Marco. The Velcro was so VERY “grabby” the hooks and eyes part kept sticking on every thing it touched on boots as I tried to fasten it around resistant dog’s leg. Once the two front leg boots were on I took Marco for a walk thru the snow. He did get used to them and carried on as usual.

Quality has changed

I’ve been buying these boots for 6 years and always been very happy with them. The last pair I bought was so poorly made. The straps were way too short and too tight!

I’ve been buying these boots for 6 years and always been very happy with them. The last pair I bought was so poorly made. The straps were way too short and too tight! They started unraveling in a few days. My pup was clearly unhappy putting them on after wearing them easily for 6 years. I tried to contact the manufacturer but if you go to their website and hit contact, there is no info. So disappointing.

I ordered these for my 62lb GSD. He is not very stoic about pain or discomfort so when the snow is cold and the salt sticks he won’t walk anymore. He loves to go on walks and play in the snow so I ordered these asap. First things first, they do fit snug and they should fit snug! The traction on them is not the greatest but it does the trick. I love that the straps are stretchy so even if you accidentally over tighten there is still give to them when your pup walks. My dog wears a medium and anything bigger would’ve made him trip up. Only reason I’m not giving full stars is simply because all 4 shoes are the exact same and there is no difference in shoe for front feet and back feet even with the anatomy from fronts and backs is different. But for the price you really cannot go wrong with these.

I bought these boots three years ago for my 60-pound Pittie mix because I needed something to protect her paws from cold and ice melt during the winter months. These fit her well (for a large-ish breed dog, she has fairly small paws, so I got Medium). The double straps allowed an extra secure fit around her ankle and just above, keeping the boots on as she trudged through the snow. And they kept her feet dry. Plus, the straps have reflective tape on them to make her more visible, and decent tread to keep her from slipping on icy sidewalks. Knocked a star off because that reflective part has started to come away from the straps as they are not stitched on, just glued on, which wore off over time. Replacing her worn pair this season with the same boots.

The quality is great. I bought a pair last year and they seemed a bit small on the front feet. This year I bought the size larger and that worked out better for the front. I now use the larger size for his front feet and the smaller size for his back feet. He doesn’t mind them on his feet and it does help keep the salt and snow off of his pads
