Easy to work and 3 light settings. Stay on, fast flash and slower flash. The BLUE looks WHITE. I would not recommend the BLUE, as it looks more bright blueish WHITE instead of a neon blue as I was hoping. The PINK looks pretty pink. Very bright. COMES WITH A CHARGING CABLE that plugs into USB slot plug!!!! So I can use the same plug as my phone and just switch cords.

That being said, she's a puny-sized dog who could easily get lost under a leaf or behind a caterpillar. I got this leash to help with visibility in the off chance that she ever manages to slip from our grip during darker hours. My main complaint is that it clearly wasn't meant for smaller dogs. It does work exactly as expected, but it's really BIG. This hasn't been a deterrent, and we continue to use this leash daily. We use it for short walks and only at night. I would consider this a good purchase if it lasts a year.
