Start by mixing 25% of BLUE with your cat's old food, and gradually increase the proportion of BLUE over the next 14 days.
I have a 5 year old with allergies and stomach issues for years now. Have tried so many different foods, gluten free, egg free, sensitive stomach diets, wet food, dry food, probiotics, etc. This food gives her terrible gas, and with that comes at least twice a week accidents on my floor. Of course, they like carpet! Oyyy... I will be changing foods yet again. My other cat does not like this food at all.
I am currently on my second bag of this food. At first I thought my 4 cats enjoyed it. So I bought another bag. I started noticing that it would take longer and longer for them to eat this food and most of the time they hardly eat any. It’s like they just tolerate this food. My eldest cat is 8 and she started feeling super bony. This is when I noticed that she has been refusing to eat this food all together. She waits till I give wet food for dinner. Thank god I had a small bag of a food she likes tucked away. Will be finding a different food and keeping my fingers crossed.
I've had my cat on Blue Buffalo Sensitive Stomach for over two years but just opened a new bag of the New Look Tastefuls Adult Cat Sensitive Stomach 3 days ago. My cat is reluctant to eat it, and seems like he doesn't feel well after eating it. My cat is a chow hound and this is not like him to not finish his food and beg for more. I wonder if there could possibly be a formula change or did I just get a bad batch? Going to try buying a small bag and see if he reacts any different.
I always trusted Blue Buffalo brand, but this 'sensitive stomach' version started making one of my cats sick after a long time of using it. Blue Buffalo's other 'sensitive stomach' cat food called Blissful Belly works wonders though!
The food is fine but I am so sick of using duct tape to reseal the bag shut after refilling a bin. When I saw the new packaging I thought for sure they would fixed it but nothing changed. I called the company and they said the small bags are resealable but she saw nothing in the future for the larger. Seriously, what kind of thinking is that? If they are so concerned with the ingredients in the food why not try to keep it fresh?
My cats really like this brand and the flavor. I was not sure because the smell was overpowering but not to them, I guess. I am so happy I was able to try this and found something they like and is gentle on their stomachs.
My cat has recently been having stomach problems and so we have had to switch to sensitive stomach. So far he is doing better. I have always liked Blue Buffalo
I have a 15 year old that was throwing up at least once a day. This went on for several weeks and at her age that was becoming a threat to her life. I put her on this and she has become much healthier. She doesn't get sick anymore and is more lively than she has been over the last month. This has been a Godsend!
Bought this for my girl Tess. She's got a sensitive stomach and I could tell wasn't enjoying the other sensitive foods I tried on her. But this food is different. She immediately started chowing down. She loves it! AND she doesn't vomit it back up. It is more expensive but it's worth it. She's so much happier now, and our other cat loves it too. I now have a big bag of Iams to give away. Oh well. Thank you Blue Buffalo!
Ziggy likes Blue Tastefuls food. It is always in her bowl for her to enjoy whenever she wishes. Occasionally, the dog will have a bite or two as well.
