These marrow bones seemed to have changed. I gave my dog a new “ Bones & Chews Made in USA Roasted Marrow Bone 6" Dog Treat” on Friday night. The bone split in half quickly, and another piece broke off afterwards. I have purchased marrow bones from Chewy many times, and never had this happen.

I've been told by my vet, and ppl who raw feed, to never give your dogs cooked bones as they can split and puncture the insides. Even dogs who aren't used to raw (bones) are usually ok with them, but I would never give my bestie rawhide or any cooked bones.

Does this bone stain the carpet?

Dog loves them

My dog loves to sit on the porch and just chew on these and watch the world go by. She knows she is not allowed in the house with them and she respects that it makes

My dog loves to sit on the porch and just chew on these and watch the world go by. She knows she is not allowed in the house with them and she respects that it makes me laugh. So like I said, she all sit out there in the sun and just chew on her bone and she could not be happier. I love watching her being so content with just a bone sitting in her happy place.

Dog has been having the 6" bones for about 4 years and never had an issue until my last purchase. I have given 2/4 bones over a 2 month period and dog has had very loose yellow stool for 3-4 day both times. Also odd with the last bone that dog waited about 24 hours to chew bone. Not sure if quality change or bad batch, but somethings definitely different and it is a problem for my dog. It unfortunate this was a great product for my dog and doesn't seem to be anymore.

Keeps her busy!

Great chew for my GSDs

Both of my German Shepherds love to chew on these. We even fill them with peanut butter and kibble after they eat out all the marrow. Still watch them for any bone

When you look at the picture of the two bones, we received, that are on the website.......the bones we received, were twice the size of what is pictured on the website. However, not all is bad.......I gave them to my son, who has a German Sheppard and a black lab. They were really happy. Otherwise, you guys rock. Thank you, Caroline

Something has changed. Not the quality they were before.

Last couple of shipments received over sized ends, not filled as much or at all and my dog is able to break pieces off. Removed them from my autoship.

Abbie and Shadow as large-boned German Shepherd pups chew everything. These bones are no exception. When I buy them, they pounce immediately. The bones keep them occupied for hours at a time. They are long lasting and do not splinter. However, something about the bones causes a dramatic change in their stool. The stool becomes yellowish white and chalky in nature. I have decided not to purchase this product again.
