The edfe of the scoop is jagged so when trying to scoop up the urine or feces, it separates it into little clumps that sift right through the scooper. I do love how it fits in the holder, but I have to use a scooper with a straight edge that does not fit into the holder
The product cant handle digging into litter. After my first scoop the joint between the handle and scoop began to discolor from plastic stress and it feels like it will break. Dont waste your money on this product and buy a metal one that will last longer instead.
The edge is scalloped, so it doesn't remove litter stuck on the bottom of the litter box very well, the scoop itself is flimsy and the handle broke off the first time I used it. The holder doesn't stay together either. This set is not worth the money.
I have ordered serveral of these through the years as I love the storage case it has to keep the scooper in close to the litter box.
The plastic itself is weak. You have to hold it closer to the scoop itself which means extra dirty/ dusty hands.
It is as it appears in the photo, but the scooper is kind of lightweight in that it feels like it will break when picking up larger clumped stuff. Also the scoop only fits in the protector sleeve one way so it requires a little more hands on than I wanted. Still an Ok product.
Fairly sturdy for daily scooping. Caddy keeps everything contained.
Nothing uglier than a litterbox scooper. This neatly conseals the scooper so you're left with a pleasant sight
Make a smaller size of this tool. Those of us with hand/wrist problems cannot lift a large scoop easily. Storage is awesome, just need in a smaller size.
I love the fact the scoop is hidden in the stand but not so crazy about the scalloped edge of the scooper itself.
