Dusty AF now, somethings changed
I used to buy this religiously and it was on a couple of my autoships since it was a really good cat litter. It still clumps decently but it's so dusty I can't clean the litter box without wearing a mask and using an air purifier. Just putting my scoop in the box of plume of dust will come up and after I'm done cleaning the litter box I have to run the air filter in the room for a few hours to get rid of all the dust and I still have a layer of dust on things I have to wipe down. it's terrible. I don't know what this is doing in my cats respiratory health sometimes I notice that they're pretty dusty after they use litter box and I have to wipe them with a pet wipe. This is a pretty recent change. I've only started to notice increased dustiness in the past year. I thought maybe I had a few bad bags from a bad lot , but no it's all of them now. They must have changed something in their processing/formula. It's some of the worst dust I've ever experienced from any brand I've tried in the past, and I've tried a lot since I've had cats for 30 years. I'm now on the hunt for a different litter.
Less dust, more smell
This litter seems to have less dust than other clumping litter. However, it takes up less space in the litter box, and that may be why it does not seem to smother the smells as well. I originally used about two thirds of the bag, going based on weight, but after two days I dumped the rest in, so we will see how that works. I am hoping that deeper litter will get the job done better (getting those stink bombs covered fully).

pretty good
I bought this because the old litter i used was super dusty and i was looking for something far less dusty. this is pretty good for me on the dust side of things. i’ve noticed much less dust in the box and in my cats nose. it clumps pretty well. only downside for me is the odor control isn’t the best. as for tracking, it tracks like any other litter, just get a litter mat and it’s fine!
A little dust
I was looking for a truly dust free, scent free litter for my asthmatic cat and tried 4 different brands from Chewy. This one was good, but it did have a little dust. I found the best one was Tidy Cats Free and Clean, Non-Clumping Cat Litter but Boxiecat does clump so if that is important to you, this is an excellent choice.
Amazing litter, saves money in the long run
I previously used Dr. Elsey cat litter and needed to change it because the newer bags started producing way too much dust. I was also tired of the pee going to the bottom of the tray and having to clean out his entire litter box and replace the litter weekly. This litter is so easy to scoop and the pee sits at the top. It does not leak to the bottom at all. There is still some odor, not much honestly. Theres tracking with any litter, i got a bigger mat and im not seeing litter anywhere other than on the mat. And it does SAVE MONEY! Its pricey up front, but i no longer have to swap out the litter weekly. it does last over a month like it advertises. Highly recommend this litter. I am extremely impressed and happy with this purchase.
Boxie litter
My senior kitty had huge cement paws from this litter and we had big clumps thru the house. Might work for a smaller cat, but for my big 18 year old kitty, this did not work well. Only good thing, with kitty paw soak the litter melted off his foot easier than most. Just not a good product for us. Loved that it was unscented but thought it was very dusty.

boxie cat - clumping is really good. I have 4 cats, 5 litter boxes. It works well. Clean those twice a day. Do not like the light. Tracks all over the house.
bags arrives cut open
the bags were cut open in multiple places and leaked out of the box. It made a giant mess all over the doorstop and house, and most had to be tossed out.
A bit too heavy for me :(
It was a good clumping clay cat litter and all but it was a bit too heavy for me to manage. Other than that, it seemed to work fine with no odor and it lasted quite awhile.
