Brown's Song Blend Dark Oil Sunflower Seeds Bird Food, 5-lb bag

I've been offering Brown's Song Bird Dark Sunflower Seeds for some time now and have found that it attracts a huge variety of small and medium birds...I love the wingzies and I think they love me back! They sit in a queue on a branch near the upstairs suction-cup window feeder (no bear access, no squirrel access--Yay); they sing rousing choruses of "Hallelujah!" (which is the tune I whistle when I refill the feeder---the dinner bell, if you will). I wish the seeds were a little cleaner (twigs and empty shells, etc) but it's not the worst detritus I've had...and I understand how hard it is to clean sunflower seeds (which I save/clean for those I grow in my garden). In addition to this, I have a suction-cup feeder on which I place STRIPED sunflower seeds, dried fruit, and peanut butter suet pellets. With this mix, I've hosted so many varieties of feathered friends (well, avian ones, anyway; my human feathered friends eat at the dinner table with us...O-la-la!). Chewy is the BEST source...my subscription always shows up when I'm just about to run out and is a carefree source for me. The seeds are fresh and we are especially happy to support a company that is good to people and their animals in a world that seems too often to reward greedy creeps.
