This has all the elements of a perfect cat toy! The feathers, the crinkle sound, the dental fabric, the catnip, the kicker size . . . It was on top of the fridge

This has all the elements of a perfect cat toy! The feathers, the crinkle sound, the dental fabric, the catnip, the kicker size . . . It was on top of the fridge so I could save it for later & he spotted it while he was perched on my shoulder so he launched himself on to the fridge so he could grab it. He loves it!

This toy is super cute, but my cat chews through soft fabric and this toy was destroyed after the first time playing with it. There are other dental toys that have

This toy is super cute, but my cat chews through soft fabric and this toy was destroyed after the first time playing with it. There are other dental toys that have held up to Howie's chewing, this is just not one of them. The soft part of the toy sticks too far out, and I think was just more enticing to bite through. After seeing him with this toy, I also think it's best for him to have toys without feathers unless it's a wand toy that I can easily get back from him.

My cat is very picky. He loves this AND the bread one. He loves this one so much, I bought more for my friends cats for our christmas gift exchange, and he found them, dug them out, and beat them up. I am now ordering more and keeping them in my car. Only downside is he is a Maine Coon mix so its too small to be a real kicker.

Down for the dog!

My cat went for this toy before I even got the cardboard backing off, so that's a winner. BUT...he went straight for the feathers. I think he might have played with

My cat went for this toy before I even got the cardboard backing off, so that's a winner. BUT...he went straight for the feathers. I think he might have played with it for maybe 10 minutes and part of the plastic piece in the middle of the feathers was chewed off. Not good as he could have swallowed it. It seems to be soft plastic, but it is still plastic. Only downside I see to this toy.

Great "kicker" toy!

My cats love all the Catstages mesh toys so I grabbed one of these when they went on sale. They love kicking and gnawing on the catnip pickle toy so I knew they'd

My cats love all the Catstages mesh toys so I grabbed one of these when they went on sale. They love kicking and gnawing on the catnip pickle toy so I knew they'd like this one as well. It's bigger than the pickle, with the "hotdog" section being plush and the "bun" being fully catnip-stuffed. It has a layer of crinkly material inside so it makes a little noise when they play but none of my 3 cats seem to care either way. Since it's stuffed with so much catnip it is a heavier toy, good for cats who like to hold it and kick it, not bat it around. My uncoordinated special-needs cat (in two of the pictures) will walk up to it, grab it in his front paws, unceremoniously flop to his side, and roll around kicking at it. His catnip-crazy sister will lay next to it and try to pull the mesh off to get to the catnip inside. It sounds like she's ripping it apart but she hasn't managed to break into the pickle in over two years so I'm sure it'll last just as well. Highly recommended!
