The calming effect of the Comfort Zone products have always been great. I ordered two diffusers. (I would have preferred spray, but the product was not offered). We have two cats: one is wild and living on one porch; the other is a passive cat who is petrified of the wild cat, and considers her territory the other porch. The wild cat has calmed down significantly. The anxiety of the passive cat has calmed down somewhat. Unfortunately, one diffuser was faulty and leaked oil all over the porch and house wall. As an oil base product, it is has soaked into our porch and house exterior. Chewy is an excellent company to regularly order from. I order large orders each month because of animal rescue, and am more than happy with the service and kindness and tangible help of the phone workers when there is a problem. They always stand behind their Products. Workers are very mannerly and go above and beyond the usual to help in any situations. Product is not this time, at least for my kitty. Kitty still cries and sprays all day.

I had this plugged in over the span of a weekend, because i was out of town and i have an anxuous kitty. When i got home, there was a strange fragrance...kind of like melting crayons?? I reached to unplug the diffuser, because i knew that was there the smell was coming from, and the plug was SUPER HOT. Maybe that is how it is supposed to work??? I am not sure. I have stopped using it, because even if it was offering some mild comfort to my cat--it was stressing me out.

like it, I think it is a good tool if you have a cat. I never thought on getting something like this and, my cat seems to be happy about it. I got this product through a cash back program but, I would honestly buy it again with my own money. I do recommend to put it in a place where your cat seems to get more anxious.

I love these, once in awhile I can smell the diffuser, it's fine, it's worth it, they work so well. I do have a chopped up apt. so I have one in the Living room, one in the bedroom and one in the cat box room. Everyone is happy, silly, playful, extra relaxed, it takes a couple of weeks, if they don't work for you try adding an extra one, they also work best when 'exposed' as in not behind furniture, so the scent goes out into the open room. I highly recommend, I love them so much I told my Vet. she now has one in all exam rooms. Best product !

So I got this 2 weeks ago and it seems to be working pretty okay. My cat is way friendlier and always wants to be on my lap. The downside however, something in my living room started to smell like absolute death. I thought it might've been mold or something. Turns out it's this thing. It smells so god awful that I can't bring myself to plug it back into the wall. The smell started today, and I have no idea what might've happened or if this is just how it's supposed to smell, but it's the worst.

I am usually always very happy with the products I buy from Chewy but this was a huge disappointment. It made no difference in her behavior at all. I might as well have plugged in a bottle of tap water from the faucet.

We have been trying the wall plug-in for a month now and it doesn't work for us. We have one more of the plug-ins, so we will test it out for a little longer. But after a month we have not seen any changes in our cat's anxious behavior. If anything, it's become worse. I'm sure this works for some, but for us it just didn't.

I acquired 2 feral cats (mama- 2 years old, baby- 6 months old) back in September. They were both terrified of humans & spent all their time hiding. Eventually the baby came out around me & got less skittish, I can occasionally pet her now. She would often play after I fed her, but mama, NO! I purchased this diffuser in early November & now the mama comes out of hiding, will eat in front of me & even plays with the shoelace I endlessly drag across the floor for the baby! She doesn't run anymore when she sees me move, her pupils are not constantly dilated like she's waiting for me to hurt her. This product must be working because I haven't done anything else different.
