Not for heavy chewers

This may be for “large” dogs, but it is definitely not for remotely heavy chewers. My dogs broke and splintered these bones very quickly, and we’ve been worried

This may be for “large” dogs, but it is definitely not for remotely heavy chewers. My dogs broke and splintered these bones very quickly, and we’ve been worried about him and watching his stools for a week. He did throw up some of the bone pieces the next two mornings (and some of the plush toy we gave him), and he’s been fine. But I think we got lucky and caught him before he ate too much or too large of pieces.

VERY DANGEROUS PRODUCT THAT BREAKS OFF IN HUGE SHARP CHUNKS

Ordered this item and both my Bulldogs were really excited over this. Within 1 minute both dogs had a huge 1" piece snapped off with very sharp pieces at the end

Ordered this item and both my Bulldogs were really excited over this. Within 1 minute both dogs had a huge 1" piece snapped off with very sharp pieces at the end. I pried it from their mouth and luckily they did not swallow it because it certainly would have required surgery if the sharp end did not kill them on the way down. I called Chewy and apparentley there have been multiple same complaints about this. I hope they take it off the sale list of items because this is really going to injure a dog!

Would not buy again

I think the dogs liked them, but (a) they were really messy--when opening the coating immediately came off and was all over the floor and (b) after the dogs chewed

I think the dogs liked them, but (a) they were really messy--when opening the coating immediately came off and was all over the floor and (b) after the dogs chewed them, ultimately they break into smaller pieces, which I took away because I thought if the dogs swallowed them wrong they could choke (the same reason I don't give dogs chicken bones).

Split & Splintered

I would not advise to get these. My lab was chewing and the sticks would split and there were splintered, sharp pieces and it was very unsafe. If she were to swallow

Too Thin

Maybe ok for a smaller dog but my 50lb Springer Spaniel bit right through this bone and was swallowing shards before I could grab it from him. He definitely liked
