In a field trial, the acceptability of credelio was tested at 10 different locations across the u.s. 94% of dogs accepted Credelio from the hand, in the bowl or with food. The remaining 6% accepted Credelio when placed in the mouth. There were no reports of unsuccessful dosing.
The positive control in the u.s. field trial was Nexgard® (afoxolaner). Acceptability results were very similar, with only 4% reaching the “placed in mouth” stage. Also, Nexgard had no reports of unsuccessful dosing.

I gave one dose of Credelio to both of my dogs several months ago, and one had seizure activity. At the time we didn’t think it was caused by the medication. We ran out of refills after that one dose, so we used Frontline for several months. I gave my dogs the Credelio again on 11/2/23, and one had a full-on seizure on 11/9/23 caused by the medication. We took my dog to the vet and they couldn’t find any medical reason on why he had the seizure, making the Credelio the culprit. The medicine worked great at preventing fleas and ticks however, but will never give them this again and am switching back to Frontline.
My Vet stopped carrying this medication, since there haven't been any issues for my dog....I'm staying with it. Chewy took care of getting prescription, offering a good deal and shipping fast via Fed Ex. Will continue using their service!
I love Credelio for my boxers. In the past two of them would just munch these down with glee, my current boxer, Sasha, not so much, so I have to give it to her as a pill. We have not had any problems with fleas and ticks for her and I let her run in a field and wooded area. I really like this product.
Credelio brings 3 big tablets for three months but with one table my girl was relieved, fleas were surfing out of her coat not as active as they were. Thank God for Credelio! I recommend
i loved my order however last time i ordered...and it has been a while... we got a free dog biscuit!!! i told sadie you will get a treat in the box but she didn't!!!!
Bart will not eat them & has vomited after I did get them into him. So wasted a lot of $$. Will ask vet what I can replace.
I’m very happy to receive my dog’s 3-month prescription supply at home.
Fair price, fast delivery, accurate updates !
Chewy gave us the most reasonable price for a very good product.
I’ll know more as it gets to the warmer summer months how this chew does for my girls. So far so good though. My only complaint is the company NEEDS to make it a different flavor. My older girl chews and tolerates it but her face says she hates the taste, and it’s a battle with my younger to get her to chew
