Damage Could Have Been Prevented

As shown in the photo, this order was shipped with absolutely no internal padding to prevent the contents from shifting while in transit (a fairly short distance

As shown in the photo, this order was shipped with absolutely no internal padding to prevent the contents from shifting while in transit (a fairly short distance from Goodyear to Green Valley Arizona). The result is that every one of the peanut delight logs was damaged. My hat's off to Chewy's 24/7 Help Desk staff who ordered replacements without any hassle and apologized for the inconvenience. That said, this damage could have easily been avoided if proper packing techniques had been applied. Additionally, Chewy should consider offering the Peanut Delight Logs in packages of eight as well as selling the logs individually -- other suppliers provide the 8-pack. That added packaging could further reduce damages, provide added convenience to the customer, and maybe generate greater sales volume for you. Instead, over $40 in damaged goods had to be replaced.

Suet logs cracked and crumbled due to shipping.

The suet logs were packaged with the 23.5lb bag of jinx dog food. During shipping, they “apparently” were jostled around since there wasn’t any packaging material

I understand trying to save money but when the product is damaged, it isn’t worth the few dollars saved.

Too crumbly

Fortunately, my squirrels and wild birds enjoyed the peanut block that became crumbles. I just had to pour the crumbles into a feeding dish. Crumbled completely

These "logs" are not intact. I purchased 6 logs. $5.17 ea. To round up an order for free delivery. The next time I’ll just pay the shipping. I feed year-round,

These "logs" are not intact. I purchased 6 logs. $5.17 ea. To round up an order for free delivery. The next time I’ll just pay the shipping. I feed year-round, so I thought this would be an answer to suet distribution. They are shipped loose in the delivery box. When you open the wrapping the "log" disassembles into dust and chunks. You can’t use these as a standalone feeder. You must use a wire-enclosed feeder cage.
