Does this shampoo have coconut oil?

Douxo® S3 and Douxo® Spa products do not contain any actual coconut or vanilla. None of the ingredients in the fragrance profile for the product lines have been recognized as sensitizing or allergenic according to the current international listing of substances that are recognized as allergenic for humans. They do not have a list of that kind for pets, so Ceva uses the human regulation list as reference, for both pets and pet owners who come into contact with the products.

Does this shampoo wash out topical flea treatments, like advantix?

My dog Mr.Bubbles had been having skin issues (crazy hair fallout, dandruff, patchy hair loss) . The vet recommend medicated baths for him. I have noticed a massive difference in his skin. It smells good and my pug is much happier now that his skin and hair has been restored. A combination of the Duoxo shampoo, apple cider vinegar and lots of TLC is the way to go.

I can't confirm the anti itch claim as they both have allergies - it did seem to help but not completely. I have used other Douzo products with success and like them. For anyone confused as to how to pronounce the name, as I was, it's "Doo-zho". French company.

Finally some relief

Poor baby! Scratch itch scratch itch! Cocoa has allergies and hot spots, used one time (left on for 5 minutes as instructed) , this combined with apoquel was immediate

Stopped my dog's itchfest

My dog is allergic to flea bites and it causes her to get extremely itchy if she is bitten. We do a very good job of keeping our pets free of fleas, but we take

My dog is allergic to flea bites and it causes her to get extremely itchy if she is bitten. We do a very good job of keeping our pets free of fleas, but we take our dogs outside to play and for bathroom breaks, so the stray flea here and there is inevitable. In the past, we tried a Burt's Bees calming shampoo, which didn't do much. My husband bought another brand this last time our dog got a flea, and it actually made her itching so much worse that she scratched bald patches into her fur. After a few days of seeing how raw her skin was, I had enough and told my husband I was buying this because I read it was good. He balked at the price, as men often do, but stayed quiet. The hour this product arrived, I bathed my dog. Her skin automatically looked much less irritated. By the time she air dried off, she stopped itching those patches. They healed up and grew hair in faster than previous times, probably because it actually took care of her itching. Save your money by not buy 10 different cheap shampoos that will not work. Just buy this.
