I use a medicated shampoo by this brand for my cat so I was excited to try another product by this company. This leave-in mousse smells SO GOOD (like coconut and vanilla) and is easy to apply. You definitely want to make sure your dog's coat is brushed beforehand or your hands will be a furry mess by the end of it, but it's a good way to freshen your dog's coat in between actual baths.

This leave-on mousse smells like a tropical vacation! It’s so pleasant and lightweight, and best of all - my dog isn’t afraid of it! He actually seemed to enjoy the mousse massage and subsequent brushing. The bottle is quite large too, so I anticipate it lasting a while! It left him looking shiny and smelling SO much better, but I will say that it seems to leave an ever so slight residue feeling on the fur. It’s possible that I simply used too much, and it’s barely noticeable, but worth noting.

I really enjoy this leave on mousse for my dog! She’s not a fan of getting in the bath, so having this as an option to get her a bit cleaner and smelling fresh is great for us to lessen the amount of baths we have to give her. The product is light and smells FANTASTIC. I also like that it doesn’t leave a residue on her once it’s rubbed in. It really helped make her coat shine and moisturize her skin.

I received the Douxo Spa Mousse yesterday snd have used it on both my chihuahuas. Its smell reminds you of being on the beach-with a hint of coconut . It comes in a #2 recyclable container- which is a plus in my book ! Each pump produces a moderate amount of foamed mousse which was applied to their dry coats . Neither dog minded the smell- which is a great relief because both my pups are sensitive to strong scents. After it dried, i gave them a quick brush- no greasy residue noted- just a shiny soft coat! Today , they both have a clean smell , like they just had a bath!

This product is a leave-in coat refresher that is easy to use since it is a foam and rubs on quickly into my dog's coat. I used it on my almost 6 year old, male dog who loves to roll in the grass and leaves. Since he can sometimes roll in things that stink, this product really helps. He often thinks that rubbing him (after he gets wet in the rain) is a game, it was great that this does not have to be dried off, just let it air dry. His coat looked cleaner and he smelled better after use.
