This collapsible kennnel is great. I can put it together, take it apart and get it back in the bag in approximately 5 minutes. It is soft sided so not for training a dog who isn’t used to being crated and wants out. I have a 45# standard poodle and could have sized down one I’m sure. My girl loves it. I do put a sheet around the pad at the bottom because my girl likes to chew the fuzzy part but I’ve been very pleased with my purchase!

Our dog broke through the stitching and the mesh the very first time he was in it. Very disappointed. Since we were on a trip, we had to keep using it and tried various ways of covering and enclosing it so he couldn't escape. Actually, we really liked the kennel. It was lightweight. Very easy to carry. Easy to set up and take down. Just not structured or strong enough for our escape artist.

Needed a new soft crate to house my small dog (17 lbs)when waiting his turn to run the course in class. He is not a big chewer so the mesh was never put to the test. But the size, soft cushioned floor of the crate, secure zippered mesh were all satisfactory and have worked well for my planned use. The easy carry handles are convenient because I do not collapse the crate, I just use the handles to store it in the back seat of my vehicle. Am pleased I chose this soft crate.

However, the crate I received isn’t the best quality; the zippers are cheap plastic and don’t pull easily and all over the exterior, the stitching is misplaced (see photo). Great for a short trip, but for any long-term use I’d recommend a different option.

We went to this soft crate for sleeping and also for use when we must leave them alone. One of the puppies got her snout and teeth stuck around the wires of their former crate. Thankfully we were home at the time. She alerted us by screaming in pain and we were able to free her. This new soft crate is very safe. We put all but one blackout panel down at night that makes the space very cozy.
