What are the dimensions of the largest option (42in) when empty and folded?

Can your dogs teeth and/or nails get stuck in the fabric?

Answer by Luvmy4Sep 26, 2025
Hasn’t happened yet. She’s always got her paws push at it or scratching at it. The holes seems to small for nails to fit thru but it may depend on the size of your dog. My dog is med size but still a pup 26 pounds and when all fours is about 2 and half feet tall

How is the breathability of this for the dog if all the privacy shades are pulled down? (Where's the venting?)

Answer by ChewyAug 10, 2018
The four mesh doors provide the visibility and ventilation needed to keep them comfortable. You can keep one curtain pulled up for extra ventilation.

Can you please show the locking mechanism for the frame.

Answer by ChewyOct 15, 2018
Please refer to picture below for the zipper lock mechanism on the frame.

It was such a helper of the long 12 hours car ride when we first picked up the puppy. We put in the back seat of our civic car and I sat next to him. This crate was like his playpen in the car. Of course, make sure to get it fit the area of the back seat so it doesn’t get moved around during the ride. Now, it has become his spot for being alone when he gets tired from the play with us (he gets annoyed by us sometimes) Though, he doesn’t like closing the net down and it is not durable enough to hold when the pup tries to push it. Note: Flip the fleece bedding down to prevent the pup from biting and eating it. Cons: - Plastic smell is very strong - the fleece bedding can be easily pulled out from biting (he is still 8 weeks old). - there is no base to cover the frame at the bottom so the pup just kept biting it

I got this crate for my dog who is starting in agility and going to agility trials. I see so many handlers use this brand of crate at agility trials so I decided to get one for my dog. The crate is easy to set up, study and light weight. I love that it comes with a handy bag which makes it easy to carry. My dog has plenty of room in the crate and she seemed to like resting in it between runs at the trial.

Kennel is made of qulity materials, seems sturdy, spacious, and functional. I love that it comes with a carry bag with shoulder strap, window covers for privacy, the windows can be rolled and secure with an elastic strap, you can lock the kennel, it also comes with a mat, and is easy to set up. I have a medium 50 lb dog and a large 96 lb dog and they fit in these perfectly with room to spare. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

FOLDED Dimensions- length x width plus about an inch

The crate folds up to be the length x width with about 1/2-1" more. The two ends fold in, and the length does not fold at all. I got the 36 x 24 x 28 so it ends

The crate folds up to be the length x width with about 1/2-1" more. The two ends fold in, and the length does not fold at all. I got the 36 x 24 x 28 so it ends up being just about 37 x 25. I needed a travel option, this is a great sturdy choice BUT I also had space constaints with 5 humans and two dogs. I tried to figure it out since I couldn't find the dimensions anywhere but ended up being wrong so hopefully this helps others with the same questions/needs. I would also caution if you have a dog that scratches or chews but this seemed sturdy enough for my big pup. Smaller would have worked for travel but would be too small for my pup. Would be great if it folded more.

Stitching Isn't Strong

The crate construction and ease is great! However, I don't have a chewer or anything but my dog nuzzles the door enough that the stitching for the zippers broke

The crate construction and ease is great! However, I don't have a chewer or anything but my dog nuzzles the door enough that the stitching for the zippers broke. We thought the one side was faulty so we turned the crate around but exact thing happened on the other side. Now looking at the stitches, this isn't constructed well. I had two K9 Campers before and the stitching NEVER came undone and the zippers were heavy duty. The frame of this crate is awesome but that doesn't help if my dog keeps escaping and now the thing is useless.

Sturdy & Easy

Bought this M/L 36" travel crate in Blue Gray for our 30lb, 6-month old goldendoodle puppy. She has plenty of room to grow into it and does not scratch at the sides

Bought this M/L 36" travel crate in Blue Gray for our 30lb, 6-month old goldendoodle puppy. She has plenty of room to grow into it and does not scratch at the sides since the curtains block her view. Love all the openings! Have only used it a couple times but seems sturdy and high quality.

Have a couple of these, one for each car

They are reasonably priced, delivered quickly, set up in about two minutes, zippered access on several sides and come with a pad. Can't beat that. Our dog loves
