Is the Enabot Rola robot fountain dishwasher safe?

This fountain features an easy-to-clean detachable tank, but it is not dishwasher safe. To clean this model, first disassemble the fountain, taking off the water tank, pump, and filters. Then, empty the water tank and rinse all parts with warm, soapy water. Use a small brush to clean the pump, replace or rinse the filters, and scrub the water tank gently. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling to prevent mold or mildew.

Sturdy Quiet Fountain

The Fountain is very pretty and attracted my wild Tortie kitten as soon as I got it ready. Very easy to assemble and dock. I'd strongly suggest buying extra filters

The Fountain is very pretty and attracted my wild Tortie kitten as soon as I got it ready. Very easy to assemble and dock. I'd strongly suggest buying extra filters along with the fountain. The stainless steel drinking area gets slimy within a couple days. Maybe because of the way Angel drinks or it's the way the plastic tray that holds the filter sets so close to the top drinking area. Regardless, I do like it, I just clean it every 3 days. I thought it came with a set of cleaning brushes but none came with it, so I bought a set from local pet store. To keep it cleaner I leave it on continuous flow, the sensor mode works well but things collect quickly in tray so the constant circulation works better for me. I needed a heavier well built fountain because Angel is in a constant Zoomie mode. Just want to add to leave on continuous mode you have to leave it plugged in which I guess makes sense. So with the little things I've mentioned and the fact no cleaning brushes are included I couldn't give it a 5 rating. But it's close... And a great deal for the money.

I think this might be my favorite fountain I've had. It's totally quiet, no motor hum in the background. It's a good size, I've got two cats and I can usually make

I think this might be my favorite fountain I've had. It's totally quiet, no motor hum in the background. It's a good size, I've got two cats and I can usually make it a week between cleaning without having to refill it. The sensor has maybe a longer range than necessary, sometimes it will trigger as I walk by about 6 feet from the unit. But even then, the device seems to have a long battery life, I've charged it once in the month I've owned it. It's also a nice amber color, so much tech is bland white plastic. The wifi function was easy to set up, and the app is simple to use and can send you reminders to clean the unit and change filters. It has only been a month, I've had fountains that stopped after 3 or 4. If there's a way to update reviews, I'll update if anything changes.

Everything I needed was included. I've had some connectivity issues, and admittedly it took me a bit to get the hang of it (I'm not great with technology), but so far so good. My cat finds it very entertaining and has finally started using it more than our dog's bowl. It's very quiet, which is wonderful, and it's easy to maintain. It's small enough that I can tuck it up and out of the way on the counter. It certainly would work for a smaller dog as well.

Awful!

It took 2 days and multiple tries to get the water linked to my wifi in the app. After deleting the app and reinstalling it and turning the water off and back on

It took 2 days and multiple tries to get the water linked to my wifi in the app. After deleting the app and reinstalling it and turning the water off and back on it finally linked. Now it runs for 15 seconds and then quits for 2 minutes. The app says there is a water bucket abnormality. I followed the directions but still cannot fix it. Don’t waste your money on this one.

The design is straightforward and easy to clean and the bubbling of the fountain is also relaxing. I like the option for motion senser and that it can be connected to the app to monitor the pets drinking. I have a cat who doesn't always seem to hydrate like she should so I appreciate the tracking feature. Really great fountain for such a reasonable price!
