I have no clue what it is about these simple toys, but my 10 mo kitten loves them! He plays for hours by himself and loves to play fetch with them too. The only downside is that I have to keep buying them because he loses them. When we move I'm sure we will find a dozen of them under furniture around the house.

My kitten LOVES these. I bought a ton of them because somehow they disappear within minutes and I’m convinced there’s a secret toy graveyard under my couch. Every time one rolls across the floor she acts like it’s the first time she’s ever seen it and goes full gremlin mode. Great price, great entertainment, and apparently great at vanishing into thin air. Will I buy more? Absolutely. Do I need more? Probably not. But here we are!

This is my cats favorite toy!

My kitty carries it all around the house & will drop in lap when she wants me to play fetch with it. The only thing is I wish it didn’t have the rolled up cat nip

When I receive the toys, I put all three of them on the floor to see my cats responses. Two cats immediately picked up the toy and the center made of a combination

When I receive the toys, I put all three of them on the floor to see my cats responses. Two cats immediately picked up the toy and the center made of a combination of tissue paper and catnip came out. One of the cats grabbed for this, put it in their mouth and wasabout to chew and swallow it. I grabbed all three toys and took them away from my cats.

One of my cats loves these kinds of toys. These are woven so that the tube is skinner than most when left alone but they are quite springy. There is a paper packet

One of my cats loves these kinds of toys. These are woven so that the tube is skinner than most when left alone but they are quite springy. There is a paper packet of catnip inside that is fragrant which is good but my guy would eat it and make a mess in the process so I took em out of the tube to begin with. All in all, cheap and good.
